Had no choices! Only white or wheat bread. I asked for everything but onions, they put nothing but onion's. When I said no onions, they put more. When the other lady told her no onions, she took most off and put them back in with the other ones. They chose a random dressing to top it with, but hat I asked for. I will Never go back here or the one on Greenfield and McKellips.
Also, if you have any allergies to food, expect them to give you what you’re allergic to.

I only go to Subway with coupons being that I have a family of seven first subway we went to had a marvelous sign telling us they do not accept coupons, which is fine thanks for the sign and the warning! We proceeded to the next subway, which was this subway no sign saying they don’t accept coupons.. One lady I asked said they do accept coupons. I order the other lady comes from the back to ring us out says “Coupons don’t work here.” Very annoyed to say the least.

Waited for 4 minutes for someone to come out and take my order. Then ordered 2 subs and I've never seen a lighter amount of toppings on a sandwich in my life on both. They hardly had any toppings at all. I will never go back.

I use to frequent this location often. The quality has steadily declined. Tonight I got a Philly with double meat for an extra $5 ….. seriously a joke. Over $18 for a sub with minimal off tasting meat. Should’ve went to a different chain for the same price I would’ve enjoyed a great tasting sub with plenty of steak! 100% will never go back!
I never post reviews. I give so many chances. Everytime I order delivery directly from Subway app it's crap and somethings usually missing. I haven't ordered in a while because last time I didn't get my chips, I reached out and never heard back. I finally did today and a bag of chips missing again. Plus, I get practically nothing on my sandwich and just put on notes to please add extra extra lettuce..enough to barely close the sandwich. Like usual just barely a little less than average amout.

This has to be the Most Amazing Subway in Mesa! I hadn’t eaten Subway for quite some time, came here a week ago, and BOOM! I was hooked back in! Thank you so much for giving me hope for Humanity again!

They have a limited selection that you can choose for the coupon and they don’t tell you until after you order which sandwiches apply. They should be able to accept all coupons OR need to have it displayed OR told before ordering. Literally any of those options. And if you don’t tell people, then you need to honor the coupon.

Ride, rude,rude! Two ladies talking away in their language and we were the only customers in there. I told her twice what I wanted and what kind of bread and cheese and she asked me twice what I wanted and what kind of bread! Asked for it toasted which it wasn't! Meanwhile the whole time she is talking away to the other lady and cash register. I gave her my coupon and paid. When I asked for my receipt she said nothing just nodded towards the cash register receipt came out of so I had to pull it out. Zero customer service and continued talking. Won't be coming back here!

This was the worst place I have ever been!!! Customer service was non existent. When I walked in, I was the only customer, the 3 ladies were arguing in Spanish very loudly. Walked up to order and was not even recognized being there. One finally came over but kept arguing and when she finally asked what I wanted she turned around and started yelling again. After some time she asked what I wanted again started the order then went back to arguing!!! This went on the entire time I was there. It took 10 minutes to get my sandwich with arguing going on the whole time. I couldn’t take it any more and said you need to take your problems to the back and not in front of customers. One said your right but then all 3 started yelling again. I asked one if she was the manager and she said yes so I told her to take it out back. She said your right but then started arguing with the others immediately. I said I shouldn’t have to pay for my meal and one laughed and said maybe next time!!! I told her there won’t be a next time and walked out—-still hungry—-
