Ordered a # 15 combo Titan turkey sub combo, Veggie delite sub. 2 footlong churros,2 footlong pretzels, 1 footlong cookie. I did not get my drink or chips for the combo. I was charged for a combo. I had to go back and tell them it was 2 churros, 2 pretzels, they made one of each. They were really pissed they had to cook another pretzel and another churro. The 2 women working were rushing me and very rude I said give me a minute it's been a while since I've been here . They were shooting me dirty looks. It was like it was an effort to wait on me. Very argumental and cocky just wanted me out. WTH kind of business is this?There was a young girl when I went in ordering her food. They were rude to her also. She tried to use a coupon. They wouldn't let her and kept arguing with the girl. These women have no business working with the public. I want to say your business will suffer with this type of customer service .?I won't return to this location. I can't even imagine if we would have eaten inside instead of take out. I can see why there were no customers inside eating. They were pissy when I asked for both of my receipts as I had to do 2 transactions.Served by 3 on 4/7/2024 2:42 pm.

I buy a foot-long sandwich at this Subway, located near Power and Brown, about once a week. The store is clean. Roxy is the woman who usually makes my sandwich. This Subway has high standards for cleanliness.Parking: There are handicapped parking spots a few stores down to the right of Subway.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to park and use the ramps

This is hands down the worst subway I've been to. I work in food service so I understand it's a stressful job at times so I always cut employees some slack. However, immediately upon taking my order, I knew I was going to be leaving a review. The two ladies that work there, (darker skin and hair, older complexion) were incredibly rude. Cut me off every time I spoke, and didn't give me a single smile throughout the entire thing. Then when my order was complete I was expecting them to hand me my receipt and say that I was all set, but they just sat there speaking to each other in another language, and then started speaking to the next customer, completely ignoring my request for a receipt. Incredibly rude, terrible service. Go to jimmy johns.

Got here 15 minutes before 8pm which is closing time and the door was locked. The two ladies that were in there didn’t even acknowledge us, say sorry we’re closed or anything. The last time I came to this location same lady that looked at us through the window was very stingy with toppings. You can definitely tell this is a privately owned location and the owners are not about being very customer service oriented almost getting the feeling that you’re a nuisance for having her make you a sandwich. No wonder this place is only 2 stars. Pick another location.

While the store was very clean, the service and food is disappointing. I stopped there last night to get a wrap. There was a lady with 2 kids who ordered 3 sub sandwiches, 2 footlongs and a 6" veggie sub in front of me. The Indian lady made the one footlong as a 6" and the 6" a footlong. The customer corrected her politely but the employee was rude about it. As that was being addressed, the Indian lady making my wrap asked what I wanted on mine. I told her and before I could finish saying what I wanted on mine, she started to wrap it up. She seemed annoyed when I said that I'm sorry but I wasn't finished yet. I asked for black olives and she used her fingertips to grab like 4. I had to ask for extra black olives 3 times to get a normal portion. I even said that I had no problem paying extra if need be. She put mayo, salt, and pepper on my wrap as I asked. When I asked for extra mayo, she put more salt and pepper instead. As the lady ahead of me was preparing to pay for her 3 sandwiches, they had put her 3 subs in one long thin bag that they used. The bag looked like it was about to bust. The employee got an attitude when the customer asked for another bag for her chips and cookies. The customer finally said that they could be more polite as she was never once rude to them and she wasn't. The employee just waved her hand in the manner of "shoo go away." Then said to me that she had no idea what the customer said. I repeated, "she said that you could be more polite." The 2 female employees acted as if having customers was a bother to them and spoke to each other in their native language. To have that customer's 3 subs put in one long thin brown paper bag squished together yet they put my 1 wrap in a big brown bag with handles. For 1 wrap and 2 bags of chips, I paid over $19. They made the sandwiches with as little ingredients as possible but want to charge an arm and a leg for it. Unfortunately the few times I've been to this location, the employees are rude. I don't eat Subway often and this location it just about 2 miles from my house. In the future if I want Subway, I will go out of my way to a different location.

This subway should close. The people running it are awful. First, they need to learn English. Second, they should open on time, and most importantly, the subs are bad. Dry, over-toasted bread and not very appetizing subs. Not a friendly place. They should be told. I will return to the Higley location - further, but much better sub and service.

The workers are extremely rude, as I was ordering my food I noticed a student sitting at the table waiting for their ride to get him and they were continuously pestering him on when his ride is going to be there going as far as making him call his ride on there phone and saying he can’t stay that long. Then as I was getting my sandwich made the lady making my sandwich was extremely rude and the other lady working started mopping hitting the mop against mine and my sisters feet with no consideration of going around us and waiting to mop till we moved I came in at 5:15pm and they don’t even close till 8pm

Foods alright, basic subway. Customer service non existent. I work right down the street so I eat here often. Every time I come in the ladies are always rude and got an attitude for no reason. Usually I don’t care much cuz I don’t care for too much interaction. This visit pissed me off for someone else. There was one man in front of me ordering and no one behind me. He got a 6inch and then I got my sandwich and paid and then he came back up to the counter and said if he could get another 6in cuz he wanted a foot long. She starts going off on him “why didn’t you tell me that when I made your food then, I’m busy, what do you want” busy doing what exactly? Half the time I go in there I’m the only person. Just so rude and uncalled for.

Attitude makes the difference. This place makes great sandwiches. There are limitations on using coupons. However the manager / owner was much more friendly & polite than the previous Subway we visited
