WOW—this bakery is absolutely incredible. My boyfriend surprised me with six cupcakes from here for my birthday, and every single one was outstanding. They offer a huge selection with new flavors rotating weekly, which makes it even more exciting to choose. We tried the chocolate chocolate, vanilla cake with chocolate icing, salted caramel, lemon, and banana—and each one blew us away. The banana bread cupcake was a standout: incredibly moist, topped with rich chocolate icing and filled with chocolate cream in the center. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. He paid $20 for a six pack, which is a deal! We will definitely be back, and I can’t recommend this place enough!

This bakery does incredible, creative work. I’ve ordered several cakes from them over the years, and each one has been excellent. Although it’s a little far from where I live now, I truly wish I had used them for my daughter’s cake. I’ve included a photo of one of their creations with cookies they made for me. Highly recommend.

Hired this bakery to decorate because I’m not very artistic. Lol It looked so bad I didn’t even give it to the recipient. Like a 5 year old put it together some words are written in cursive, other words he/she forgot how to. Not easily legible. Customer service terrible. Decorations not clean or well designed. Very cheaply made/thrown together.

The consultation process was easy. They offered take home tasting boxes for our cake. The questionnaire to plan for our dessert bar was super straightforward.
Sugarlips did our wedding cake design perfectly. I only had one inspiration photo to provide them from Pinterest and they did a fabulous job recreating it better than I could’ve imagined.
Best part is that everything tasted so great! We plan to get lots of cupcakes for years to come so we can relive our wedding cake.

They were able to accommodate 2 different flavor combos to give us maximum options and our guests loved it! They were very easy to work with and had so many options to offer us inside our package with our Venue. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a specialty cake in Phoenix!
A bit late to leave this review, but Sugarlips absolutely knocked it out of the park on our wedding cake and then some. Our venue had them as one of their options in their all inclusive package, and I’m so grateful they did! I had a vision for what I wanted for our cake. I sent them a few inspo pics and a very brief description- they took exactly what I had in my mind and made it a reality. I will never forget driving up to our venue on our wedding day at the same time our cake was being delivered and freaking out for 10 minutes about how perfect it was.
By far the best tasting cake I’ve ever had as well, BTW.
