Dog friendly patio, two thumbs up! They were so kind and brought him a water dish and I had ordered a side of chicken for him. The chilaquiles were good, great portion side - could use more sour cream. But overall good experience.

Oh yes the juice is absolutely AMAZING!!!

My fiance and I do regular Sunday brunch dates and since we moved to this side of town we’ve been wanting to try the food here. We came later in the day so it wouldn’t be as busy. When we arrived there were several empty tables so we anticipated decent service. At first things went well, our server greeted us in a timely manner, we ordered and got our drinks quickly, then she took our food orders. The orange juice was fabulous, fresh and not too pulpy. Our food took quite a long time, but that’s to be expected with fresh made from scratch food, so we were okay with that. But once we received our food we didn’t see our server for a very long time. My OJ long gone and my water empty too, I waited patiently for her to show up. I watched the two servers around me come in and out of the kitchen and helping their customers. I looked and she was behind the bar chatting and drinking her own soda (fine everyone needs a break) but my food was now cold and I wanted a refill on my water and a side of whipped cream for my waffle. I finally got her attention and asked for the whipped cream and water. My fiance was done with his meal and just waiting on me. She said yes and then disappeared for 20 minutes. I finally grabbed another server and asked him. He was very apologetic and kind and grabbed what I needed quickly. When she finally approached us again, she said “Oh I told the kitchen to bring it to you, I’m glad they did.” I informed her that they did not and that I had to ask another table’s server for help. She said, “Oh well we are really backed up and busy right now.” Then left. The restaurant had many empty tables by this time. We sat watching videos for a very long time after I was finished until the check finally came. The food was great and if I come again it will be for the bacon and OJ, but I’ll definitely ask for the male server or the blonde next time.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We had a wonderful experience here! The service was excellent — our waitress was incredibly kind and attentive, which made the visit even better. The coffee was great: nice and strong without being muddy or bitter.

For food, we ordered the chilaquiles, bacon, and a spinach and mushroom omelet, and everything was delicious. The bacon was thick, flavorful, and perfectly cooked, and the chilaquiles were absolutely perfect. The omelet was fresh and well-seasoned as well.

Overall, a great experience with great food and service. We will definitely be back!

Great menu, I had the Veggie Benedict -just not a favorite. I like to try different Eggs Benedict. Had many more healthy choices.
Service was excellent.

I’ve been to this breakfast spot a couple of times in the past and was great. While my family and I recently returned after it came under new management. Unfortunately, the experience wasn’t as good as before. The food didn’t meet the expectations I had based on past visits—it lacked the quality and flavor I remembered. The service was okay, nothing bad, but nothing that stood out either. I was really hoping for the same great breakfast and vibe I used to enjoy, but this visit fell short. I hope things improve, as this place used to be great.:(

Their waffles are to die for. My favorite drink is the hangover cure drink they have, its a base mix of coconut, pineapple and orange juice, it's so good I get the 16 oz!! And their famous eggs Benedict variations are the absolute best. Everthing is made fresh here. If I were closer to east Mesa I’d be here everyday!

I have been a customer at this place for several years. I have created good relationships with the servers and the cooks! Since the new owners took over they have been on the decline! Bacon quality went to Oscar Myer crap! Heather quit! Overall vibe has changed! Anyways i dont think we will be going back!

This was the best breakfast we had had in a very long time! The prices were very reasonable too. My daughter had biscuits and gravy, and my husband and I had omelettes. We were all very impressed and we will be back next weekend! The hangover drinks were an added bonus and now will be our go to drink! You have to check this place out!

As a former restaurateur I aimed not only to meet guests' expectations, but exceed them. Shane and the Sunnyside kitchen staff hit the mark with prompt, friendly greeting, exceptional service, and perfectly prepared fresh food. Enjoyed patio dining with a view of the mountains.
If I lived in the area I'd be a regular!
