Ice cream is good. But to pay $6 for 1 scoop, and then watch them repeatedly weigh the scoop and shave off fractions of an ounce was really annoying. Makes service extremely slow and feels like you're getting nickle and dimed for a $6 scoop of ice cream.

Ice cream was okay, customer service was nonexistent. Walked in and was met with literal blank stares from the 2 workers there. They barely said 2 words to me while I placed my order, no greeting when I entered and no goodbye when I left.

Came here from out of state while visiting from friends. We had ten kids between our two families and and bought four half gallons of ice cream to scoop out to our party. Chloe and Kayla were exceptionally patient, kind, and helpful and made the special treat night so memorable for us!
We've traditionally avoided this location as this ice cream shop is expensive. However, we decided to visit it today (January 2025) and despite the cost we liked the ice cream, and the service was exceptional.

Such fantasticly nice staff and yummy ice cream! We love the Graham canyon and usually I’m not a huge fan of graham crackers in my ice cream, but the flavor is so delicious and the graham cracker is covered in chocolate, so it’s perfection. It was very clean and had a great atmosphere.

The morning employees very unhelpful. Wouldn’t put ice cream in a cone cause it was easier to put it in a cup
