I tried getting my points by entering my email address it didn't work so They said to enter the QR Code. The QR Code didn't work either.

Terrible customer service. Redhead girl with glasses barely acknowledged my existence. In the drive through she opened the window super fast, literally threw the bag of food out to me, then shut the window without a single word. No “hello”, no “have a nice day”, didn’t even make sure I had a grip on the food. And the worst part was, it wasn’t even my food! So I had to park and walk the food back in. When she saw me at the counter, she brought me my correct order and swapped it. Didn’t even look at me, no apologies, literally only said the words “my bad.” Then walked away.

Every time I come here it's like clockwork, I always get burnt food. It takes an hour to get the food and when giving a food order they are always so mean and angry about something.. I remember when this place very first opened and it was good. Now it's a nightmare if you want fish or a taco.

Save yourself time and use the drive thru. The management refuses to use the register and tries to make you use the kiosk. Last two trips I was forced to use the kiosk so I went out and drove to the drive thru. Was using this location for years but will no longer come here!

Waited over 30 minutes for an order through the mobile app. It was on a Tuesday. Big mistake.
Taco Bell on Baseline gave us the wrong order follow up with correct quantity of crunchey tacos that were cold (meat included) and the worst tasting ever! Of course this was discovered at home as we started to eat. Sure would like our money back!

The decor here was great! It felt like a Taco Bell. They had kiosks to speed up the ordering process. The service was polite accurate and fast. The food was way better than Taco Bell should be. It was also clean and well stocked. I would honestly say this is probably the best Taco Bell in the Pheonix area!!
