Got food poisoning,,,sick all night!! Employees ignore customers at front desk. Manager Frank is rude.
I am not a fan of not being able to order at a registered with a human. This site also seems to have an issue keeping the area around the soda dispenser clean.

This was a terrible experience. We placed our order and it was given to someone else. We were told it would be remade, but instead the manager came out and argued with us while the employees laughed. They accused us of “trying to get free food,” even though we spent $44 and had already been waiting over 20 minutes. This was extremely unprofessional, and I have video proof of what happened. This location needs better management and employee training.

I stood at the register, because I didn't have my glasses, for 5 minutes only to be told order at the kiosk. I do not work for taco bell

What a huge cluster! It took me 48 minutes in the drive through. Then when I got home 2 items were missing. I had to wait 20 minutes for them to make what was missing. The new inside ordering system does not help. I will never return to this taco bell. I'm not sure any of the staff knew what they were doing. Unbelievable.

A couple weeks back it was super busy but despite this Nevaeh went above and beyond in her service to me, making the best of the tough situation and getting me my small order very quickly.

Terrible service. The manager was extremely rude. The order never got delivered and when I called him, he said he can't do anything and hung up on me. Pathetic restaurant.

TLDR; One of the worst Taco Bell locations that I go to.
Just moved to this side of town not too long ago and have been going to this location more often, and need to figure out what the next closest location is, because this one kind of blows. Consistently one of the worst locations I've been to when it comes to your order being correct or being out of menu items nine times out of 10 they don't tell you that they're out of something until you're up at the window, especially for late night cravings. I love Taco Bell just as much as the next person that reads a review about it, but if you find yourself at this location, keep your order simple

So extremely sad that I could not find the bell. I looked everywhere!! The staff and management were not able to help locate it either and seemed rather confused at my search giving me packets of hot, mild and fire salsa packers instead. So the question remains... where is the bell?
Terrible. Wouldn't serve me, not even aknowledge me even being there. Couldn't order food on kiosk got no customer service. Sign says lobby open until midnight but they not gunna serve anyone except for drive thru? Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
I was pleasantly surprised with my service and food here. I've had bad experiences at other locations but these guys got it down. I had modified items and they were done correctly and delicious. Keep it up crew! Managers hand out some raises to keep these guys here you have a good crew. It was clean and ran very well.
