I work in the same plaza as this Taco Bell, and I visit there almost everyday to get food. Never once have I had any type of experience where I was put off. Everyone there is very kind and very friendly. The atmosphere is amazing. Service is spectacular. The food is absolutely fabulous. I wish there was one singular staff member I could point out, but each and everyone one has been so helpful and amazing.

Must have been a bad day cause the food tasted old. The toastada shell was stale. The beans were watery and gross. The meat had an awful taste.

Whoever was working drive through yesterday around 5pm? I would give ZERO stars. Your job is to make sure your customers get what they need. What are you paid for?? To not use your eyes and disrespect your customers for no reason? When the customer is more mature than the one serving them. Hah. Wild.

At 9:17pm. on 12/02/2024, I ordered 2 tostada and a burrito, some of the best food I've had at any Taco Bell. My tostadas were perfectly made. The young man in the back did an amazing job 👏.
Employees are rude and just stare at you and not come assist you. They’ll make eye contact and don’t even acknowledge you. No wonder this place has such low ratings. This place needs a whole new night crew. Is this how management trains their employees? Wow.

9pm. No one in the drive-through. No one in the dining room. I get that they were starting to clean up. All I got was 2 cheesy rollups. I needed something warm to eat that wasn't messy, and I could eat with one hand....I literally told them that. I got 2 ice-cold tortillas folded in half with ice-cold shredded cheese that spilled all over my car! This picture is the 2nd one when I got home an hour later. Would it REALLY have hurt someone to microwave them for 15 seconds?? Do better. Give a darn about your guests.
