At 9:17pm. on 12/02/2024, I ordered 2 tostada and a burrito, some of the best food I've had at any Taco Bell. My tostadas were perfectly made. The young man in the back did an amazing job 👏.

Employees are rude and just stare at you and not come assist you. They’ll make eye contact and don’t even acknowledge you. No wonder this place has such low ratings. This place needs a whole new night crew. Is this how management trains their employees? Wow.

9pm. No one in the drive-through. No one in the dining room. I get that they were starting to clean up. All I got was 2 cheesy rollups. I needed something warm to eat that wasn't messy, and I could eat with one hand....I literally told them that. I got 2 ice-cold tortillas folded in half with ice-cold shredded cheese that spilled all over my car! This picture is the 2nd one when I got home an hour later. Would it REALLY have hurt someone to microwave them for 15 seconds?? Do better. Give a darn about your guests.

Ask for sauce, girl in the drive thru was about to grab me some, manager stops her, says its in the bag, I repeat it back, “sauce is in the bag” .. yes…. Ill just proceed to look regardless what they say…. Not really taco bell without the sauce….

Fast food lobby's are so weird anymore, I mean you have to take your own order, so the workers just look at you like their in a zoo or something. All jokes aside the workers at this taco Bell were very nice and asked me if I needed help a couple times. Got my food and to be honest it was all correct kinda, the burritos we're hella sloppy, like i unwrapped a huge mess! Literally the wrapper was all messy before I opened it, outside of my burrito was messy had sauce and beans all over it...
I stoppped going to Taco Bell for a little while as i had a couple bad meals. This location on Baseline and Gilbert has STEPPED UP! I have came here the past 3 days and got a VERY well made meal each time. The first visit was just after midnight on the 18th, 5 stars. The second was the same day at 2pm again 5 stars. Now today the 19th at 12:30 in the middle of the lunch rush, 20+ cars in the driverthru so i came inside to see another dozen people. Place is still very clean considering and rocking and rolling and still putting out a great product, 6 stars if i could. Im sure the busyness of the location is a testament to how well they’ve been doing lately.
As a owner of a retail store just up the street i am thoroughly impressed!
If you don’t know about the savings in the Taco Bell app, you do now! You’re welcome. Anyways food was exactly how we expected it from this location. Will be back!
