I don't order the dessert Cinnabon anymore after 2 different days getting some that were still Very cold. Other than those experiences I don't have any complaints

This location was my favorite until the service went down the drain. One day I ordered a breakfast burrito and it was completely burnt on both sides. Went back and told them and no one fixed it. I went today and i got the wrong drink and part of the order wrong. What is going on?
