I get taco bell is not the place you go to if you want a pristine dining experience... however it was REALLY awful. They prioritize drive thru so all of us who came in to dine are standing around for 20+ minutes for our food. The manager on duty was arguing with a customer about not giving him tacos they forgot in his order after making him wait a while to even talk to him. The other ladies waiting had to shout to the back to get attention of an employee to even get their cups for drinks they wanted. Overall really frustrating and disappointing. I just wanted a quick filling lunch between errands and it was more of a headache.

I was really impressed while I was sitting out eating my lunch that the manager came out to help one of our seniors operate the menu. He stood beside him until he was done ordering. Kudos to Angel for helping our seniors!!!

The manager insists that you have to use the kiosk. Then is rude about it if you don't use. Some people like to have a human interaction with people. It will be a while until I return to this store.

We came 15 minutes before close and they acted like we weren't there even though we could see them through the doors/window. They refused to come to the speaker and while we waited, for 5 minutes, they opened the door to throw out the trash and slammed the door.

The person taking the order was professional and friendly. But the person at the pick up window isn’t very nice. He threw my food at me and the bag on top of the boxes almost fell off. He needs to be put somewhere he doesn’t interact with people.

I went in and ordered a number at this location . The young lady cashier did not greet me at all. Just stood there like I was bothering her. I told the manager he should train his employees to greet customers properly

Stopped in to get my online order. I asked The guy holding the door if I could fill up my camelbak with ice. Went to ice machine. Told the girl i had an order for max. And the guy said I could get ice.
I drive around the city for living, and it was hot today. Forgot ice earlier at home. but felt like they were staring at me like I was a homeless crazy person.
She didn’t call out my order. I was at counter and said order for max. Pointing to bag. She acted like I asked her for a kidney.
