I went into this location to inquire about your online system. It would not process my payment, when I know my payment was not the issue. I showed the manager that was working tonight the error the APP was making and her customer service was the poorest I have ever seen to help accommodate a customer with with an error that was clearly Taco Bells error. I order online to save money. My order that I wanted at normal price is $40 for a family of 3. Online it was $26!! And she couldn't honor it with any discount at all? When again, she could clearly see your app was the issue. I've had other locations help when they know the app is on the Fritz, so why not this location?? Bullshit. I will not return to this location. Whoever the manager that was on tonight... I WISH I got her name, it amuses me that people in manager positions truly lack costumer service ( how is that ok?) on just being a kind human being.

My husband ate three softshell tacos and we live 5 min away and he got home and threw up all over from eating there. If he ends up in hospital they will pay the bill.

This is usually the taco bell I go to since its the closest to where I live. The past 3 times we have gone, they have forgotten one or two items from the order. I have worked food service, so i get it, and every once in a while its really not that big of a deal, but this has happened a lot here. This most recent time, they forgot my daughters food, which I double checked the receipt, it was on there, and I had to wait way longer for it than I should have. So long that they sent me out of the drive thru to wait in the parking lot.

This is just across the street from the 40 bus going in both directions and they are never busy, and the place is quiet which is just my type of place! Taco Bell is always a good place to eat
I ordered as I normally do, but this time they tell me they canāt āgrillā my burrito, but she says āI will for youā, went through, shouldnāt have to check my bag after you tell me at the window, yes maāam itāll be grilled. Iām pregnant so maybe this is overreacting, but disappointed.

10 stars across the bell if I could. Top 5 TB in the state best Iāve had in Mesa over the last 20 years. Vito and company checked every box of what fast food service should be. From a warm reception to checking to make sure my food was good and hot. The restrooms and dining area were top notch. I couldnāt have bean more happier about this visit. Thank you Vito C.

The second time in a row where Iāve ordered and been skimped on chicken/beef in my power bowl, tacos and quesadillas. The little bit of my chicken I did get was dry. The service is decent however they need to do better on portions because Iām not happy spending close to $60 to get skimped on protein in the food for my family.
