Watched people come in and place their order at the counter and get their food before my order placed on the phone 10 minutes before they walked in is a joke. They push online order back when they get busy... No matter to when you placed the order

Drive-thru on Labor Day. Ordered Nacho Bellgrande, Burrito Supreme, Taco Supreme. The burrito and taco tasted okay. But seriously I think the nacho bell grande was either made ahead or leftover from day before? The beans had sour taste, and the tomatoes tasted OLD. Could not even eat it after the first couple bites.

I mean, it's Taco Bell. It isn't a fine dining experience. They have a kiosk for ordering and have never failed us when we had to swing by late after a concert to scratch the Taco Bell itch. Have had no issues, personally, at this location. Taco Bell is love. Taco Bell is life.

Apparently ordering extras & add ons AND paying for it means nothing to the folks at this location. This is approximately the 5th time we didn't get paid add-ons and extras. We won't be back.

***AVOID THIS TACO BELL*** This has to be one of the worst ran restaurants around. Items in my order wrong. Quality of food is horrible, the chalupas were rock hard. No ice in the soda fountain. Already out of the new MTN Dew and half the other flavors in the fountain were out. This location has been around to long to keep getting a pass because they were new.

The Place was dirty on the floor first thing you see food all over. The big man manger is rude dont greet you at all. The young kids are very nice treat you better than the manger .came in around 2 not busy. He was making the food sloppy not enough meat more lettuce and tomatoes than meat this is not the first time ive came he rude. Had to help a senior person out because he couldn't see the menu he told him that but still told him he need to use the box. He rude to his employees argues with the kids infront of the customers. I dont know how you keep rude mangers. Sorry when the kids are nicer than the manger there. He wouldn't even say nothing to the customers the kids was the only ones that said welcome in i think you need another manger july15th at 2:00pm bit into my burritos no beans just rice the rice was dry hard like it was not cooked got the rice and bean ones no cheese at all the manger made the food. He dont dont care about the food ar all.
This is my second time getting a breakfast quesadilla and it was wrong I have ordered steak breakfast quesadilla. First time I just got cheese this time o hot sausage. When I’m the only car in the drive thru I expect my food up be right.

Update: Really wish I could've chosen the location on the delivery. I would have picked another location. The breakfast one shows what should be extra egg, but clearly it's not. There's some type of sauce on it that shouldn't be, and it just looks poorly made.
Welp... no napkins or utensils...
I added lettuce to my Mexican Pizza and only got a few parcels. Chose easy lettuce on my taco Supremes and got only a few parcels. They forgot the tomatoes altogether. At least they added rice to the pizza as requested and took off all beef. There's a ton of onions on one taco and barely any on the other items.
Do better because these do NOT look appetizing.

Everything seems to get wiped down frequently. The music is a bit weird but generally fits as background music. I ordered a box with a chalupa, the flat bread was super stale, it had maybe half a scoop of meat and half of it was all lettuce , 5 layer burrito was no beans, add rice, add chipotle sauce, and toasted, they did 2 of those, the soft taco had more meat than the chalupa, the nacho cheese was runnier than what I think is normal, didn't taste like it normally does either, the fixed burrito has no chipotle sauce but at least it's toasted

I'm sure this Taco Bell is fine. I gave it two stars cuz when I showed up at 8:25 in the morning they're still closed, Drive-Thru isn't even open. Not everybody works 9:00 to 5:00. Some people have lunch at 7:00 or 8:00 a.m. we just went to another Taco Bell that was close by that was open.
