Out of the locations I've been to this one is my favorite. The food is good and they rarely mess up my order. Crunchwrap needs work but all in all it's a great place to stop. I recommend ordering through the app to get rewards.

I just had my worst experience at a Taco Bell EVER! I usually order online and get the the build-your-own Luxe (used to be "cravings") box. I ordered it, but when I tried to checkout, it gave me "uh-oh Forbidden". I tried to restart the app, and my phone, but still got the same error. I drove there intending to try to get the deal by talking to them, but was told that nobody could help me and I had to place the order via the kiosk - they couldn't take orders at the counter. The bean burrito was runny. No utensils in the dining room and was told that they had no spoons or forks at all. I usually like Taco Bell, but may want to switch to Del Taco for future orders. This totally turned me off.

Have to use punch buttons, staff not helpful. We are in our 80’s. If you’re going to do it this way, offer help. Found out after we ordered and paid….they don’t have forks, spoons or knives!

The 5 layer beefy burrito was an experience like none other. I would even call in the 5 Layer Heaven In A Tortilla. Each of the layers introduced another flavor burst.
The beef. Perfectly season to perfection. The meat was real and the flavor exploded in my mouth.
The beans tasted like I went to Mexico and had some authentic beans. They were very moist and made my hunger go away.
Amazing cheese. Tasted like it just came from the cheese factory.
Mmmm, sour cream.
And wow! The tortilla was perfectly cooked. It never fell apart. It held all 5 layers together like the belt holding up the pants on a fat man!
Overall my experience was very amazing, and I was able to enjoy the best burrito of my life!

Went through the drive thru it took forever. I paid 5.40 for a 5 layer burrito that was 2 soft tortillas with nacho cheese between them rolled up with only beans. No meat, no sour cream, no grated cheese. This is the third time this has happened at this location.
Very nice place, very comfortable and they served us very quickly.

She said get in the back of the line, now 6 people long. I left. I usually customize my order. I wonder if that is even possible anymore. I won't be going back.
