Drive thru worker was amazing super helpful and pleasant. The reason for my review is the hot sauce packets !!!!! How ridiculous to give 2 single packs for a meal ?! What are you supposed to do with only 2 packs that is beyond beyond beyond petty !!!! I am going to keep it professional , but that takes CHEAP to a whole new level and I am sure it isnt directive of the drive thru employee ! Way to ruin my meal without what makes the food enjoyable all due to the owners wanting to cheat the customer out of FREE condiments. I would leave 0 stars but like I said your employee was great. I usually dont do reviews but the level of TIGHTNESS over the hot sauce is beyond words. Thank you Franchisee for ruining Taco Bell for me I will avoid your location . Hopefully people read this and follow because you are greedy and cheat people !!!!

This particular Taco Bell have bones out there who asked you for money when you go up there and that sucks other than that they’re absolutely way too expensive. Absolutely way too expensive and paid almost $30 and quality is not the best. if I know that I think about it, the service guys did not even want to help me order my stuff. They wanted me to go to the kiosk and I told them I don’t know how to work the key and I prefer to deal with someone like that was a big problem. I didn’t like that. I usually like customer service being customer service and nice and gentle. I didn’t like that.

The morning Manager was not customer service friendly he avoids customer contact consistently gets order wrong and today when I had a issue yes of my own doing instead of trying to help me he told I don’t know how to do that and basically got into a dispute with me over it instead of hearing me he created his own situation and stormed off beware if you come here

I came here 12/12/25 around 10:30pm and I realized when I got home that they gave me the wrong order. I went back and the young mexican girl had the nastiest attitude I have ever seen. The little white manager girl was also rude. It’s such a shame because I’ve met the general manager here and he’s very nice but the other workers have such a horrible attitude. They said to wait in the parking lot so they could remake the food and they never brought it out. Waste of time and money.

Picked up a door dash order tonight and the girl working tonight named Taylor had the worst attitude. Looked absolutely miserable to be there. And cut me off as soon as I said DoorDash. 10 out of 10 would not recommend coming here.
literally can not figure out how to make food me and my bf have gotten food poisoning MULTIPLE times from here + they literally cant wrap a burrito this time after my bf said we shld try it again after multiple months (i warned him tht we def shldnt) we got our food and his burrito wasnt even wrapped like at all it looks like they literally just put the tortilla over the the meat and such without wrapping it it wasnt even enclosed or anything + mine was like the tiniest burrito ever i got the grilled cheese burrito and it was literally nothing abt 4 inchs long and so thin tht it was basically just tortilla like literally in multiple parts there wasnt even meat or cheese or anything it was just flat sauce it couldnt have been more then 150 calories it tasted undercooked as well if i get food poisoning again i wouldnt be surprised sadly avoid this place like the plague

Asst manager or opening guy was very snappy and rude. Spoke to me with a derogatory attitude. He was trying to rush me like my life depended on it. I stayed calm. Was surprised. Then as he walked away to finish his prep worked I ad a customer slowed him down from, turned and his eyes a fixed on me as if I should feel intimidated or scared. Bazxar to say the least.
food is delicious, whoever put my taco in the bag upside down deserves a raise 👏 the one thing I’m looking forward to when I go through the drive-through at Taco Bell is an upside down taco that is now all over the bag and the rest of my food. It’s a Christmas miracle. Thank you for making my dreams come true!
