Have been coming here for years without any complaints. But tonight there were new staff members. Cody was talking nonsense and was facing me when talking to his friend coworker, saying bizarre things. It was super awkward. Just handed me my food without saying anything. Then when I get home I found all of my chips were dark brown and burnt, and the chicken in all my food was rock hard because of how burnt it was. I cannot express how high this guy was. Absolutely insane.

EXTREMELY SLOW SERVICE. Sate in like for 20 mins and they moved one car. I was still able to back out of line after waiting there for that long because they hadn’t got my order. The line wasn’t long. I drove around and maybe 4 cars ahead of me.

What’s with the million question at the speaker when placing an order in drive through, no need to make ordering food process longer, the old way you took orders worked fine. Fast food company’s are getting lazy. You want us to place our own orders at a kiosk when your employees get paid to take the order for us. I should not have to work to place an order I’m paying for.

I had to come and give this location a 5 star review. It is by far the best in the area. The customer service is great, the employees are so friendly, and the food is always fresh and made correctly. I always have an amazing experience when I go here, even when it's late at night. I checked my last receipt to find the cashier, and it was cashier Cody, I couldn't find the one before that but it was a lady, I just want to tell both of them amazing job and keep doing what you're doing!
