The disrespect from the staff last night was impressive. My mother and I came to Taco Bell last night around 6pm. No signs on the door or anything, but they had the doors locked. Curious, considering they do not close the lobby until 8pm. We walked from our apartment, so even though the drive thru was open, we couldn't go through it. We knocked on the door, but staff just stared at us, then went back to what they were doing. No acknowledgement, nothing.
There was a woman inside, who persumably was a worker, sitting down and eating. She said something at us from inside, but neither of us read lips, so we had no idea what she said.
They refused to answer the phone when we called to try to figure out why the lobby was closed. They were not cleaning.
When the lady was done eating, she asked if she should go out the other door, then proceeded to do so, sneaking around like we were going to rush inside the second the door was open.
During the time we were waiting, it started to storm pretty badly. Still no acknowledgement from staff and they were actively ignoring us at this point.
Another woman came up, wanting to go in and get food, but they ignored her, too.
Not one individual working at Taco Bell had the common decency to explain why the lobby was closed. Nor did anyone have the common sense to put up a sign.
After being soaked in freezing cold rain and pelted with hail, we decided to take our business elsewhere. We will not be returning to this establishment.
As someone who serves this community as a first responder, I would think something as simple as Taco Bell could treat us and others with respect. Guess not.

It is NOT 24 hours.
I’ve been here several times. Each time, hoping for a better outcome OR at least for my order to be made right in a timely fashion as it should be. But this place SUCKS PERMANENTLY and I’ll never go back. They can’t do anything right or even read the order because the guys eyes “were bad”… it took them 25 minutes to make a MOBILE ORDER that was placed ahead of time!!! DONT EAT HERE

Short staffed and they messed up my order after waiting 10min after purchase. I asked for no tomatoes and extra cheese. I opened and found a couple tomatoes like it was forgotten and picked off improperly. Then without realizing at that point I get home and it basically has zero cheese, which I asked extra for. At least my gfs 1 taco wasn’t messed up…(she didn’t ask for anything special…)

Walk-in order took over 20 minutes to be ready. Not sure what the issue was, but everything was fine once I received it.
