This Taco Bell (1125 S Dobson)was absolutely amazing customer service and the food was absolutely amazing.

This Taco Bell is WAYYY better than the one on 1256 S Country Club. They asked me if I had a mobile order then I said no and they disappeared for 10 minutes and I was the only customer there. I pulled up to the window and no one was there so I left without being able to order.

I’ve now visited this location twice, and both times my order was not just incorrect, but it felt intentional. The staff, who are mostly high school and early college age workers, are incredibly unprofessional and seem to lack basic quality control. It’s unacceptable to drive home and find missing/wrong items, especially when you’re feeding a family. This is a clear sign that the management needs to launch a full internal investigation and seriously revamp their training and quality standards. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place until they make significant improvements.

Literally the worst TB experience I've had. Every single table was filthy. Mind you we were the only ones there and no one in the drive thru. We came in an found a cleanish spot to sit and the entire staff was messing around. Girls in the back screaming and laughing. They didn't acknowledge us or level see that we had a mobile order until 10 minutes after our order said it would be ready. It felt like a business ran by children.

Tyler Charlie and Blake were so great . Charlie, the manager was so sweet and helped out With a non-related Taco Bell incident he went above and beyond to help me resolve my issue and everyone at the store was just so great 10 out of 10 recommend

On Sunday, September 21 @ 6:21pm. The girl at the drive thru line was named Emily. She hand me wrong order and when I tried to explain it wasn't mine she dismissed me and ask for the bag back, and close the window. Quick reminder customers purchase food, company makes $$, you get to have a job. If you aren't happy working at Taco go elsewhere.
