I actually cannot tell how the food is because this is an order for an Uber eats customer it looks okay I can't tell the quality of it but I stood in line over 15 minutes there's absolutely no one at the counter at all and four employees there are some people coming through the drive-thru but this is still an acceptable no one greeted me no one asked me what's going on I had to go and ask them for the order for the customer and then they called everyone around me never tell me my order will be ready momentarily or anything like that not helpful just awful and the person who seemed to be in charge was clueless when I asked questions about the order but definitely not clueless when it comes to having an attitude about me and the other customers that were standing in there I don't know what people are going through because anybody can be going through anything but customers still need to have good service at least good if not better

This Taco Bell did a great job. Everything in my order was right, the food was hot and fresh, and it actually had decent presentation. The kitchen staff was clearly on top of things. The tacos weren’t smashed, the crunchwrap held together, and nothing was missing. The crew kept the line moving and stayed friendly the whole time. Solid experience for a fast food stop. Would come back.

I ordered a cantina chicken burrito box and got 2 cantina chicken tacos instead in the box. Pretty upset but it's still delicious. I was just looking forward to the burrito

My loaded nachos had a piece of plastic in them?? Good thing it wasn’t a kid that choked. And my spicy potato taco that I asked for no sauce, came with sauce.

I order 2 bean with onions with green sauce.i waited in line drive thru tonight.121924 for 10minutes until it was my turn the guy at the window literally threw my food at me.the line thru the drive thru was really long then I get home and they gave me Red sauce with onions.when I ordered he repeated the ordered.that will the last time I go there.how they can stay in business

When I went in with a few friends it was empty but it was clean, the workers there were really nice and friendly, and the food was just like any other taco

This location is pretty bad, 1125 S Dobson Road. It might just be at nighttime (5 pm to close or w/e), but tonight was my last time coming to this specific location. I leave this location after purchasing something in regret (Because there is an extremely high chance something is not made correctly to order or looks very unappetizing). I like taco bell, just not at this specific location. Definitely has made me think otherwise.
