I went through the drive through at 10pm on a Friday night. There was a white lady in her twenties who was very rude taking my order. At the window she wouldn’t give me more than two sauce packets with my order. I went around again ordering a cinnamon twist this time to get more sauce packets and she gave me another 2. I then ordered a Pepsi online and went through the drive thru again to get my soda and asked for more sauce packets she came out yelling at me saying I must leave the property even though I ordered food everytime. I never argued with her ever at the window and she was continuously rude to me the entire time. I am a Taco Bell fanatic but the customer service really disappointed me. FIRE THIS EMPLOYEE

I don't visit often, but when I do, the customer service is always beyond exceptional and welcoming. Staff is always lovely and professional. Order always right. It's definitely one of my favorite locations for fast food.

Terrible customer service and trying to force people to park around front with only an order of 12 tacos, 2 burritos, and a quesadilla. They spent more time arguing with because I said no I would like to wait here than it did to make my food. All to keep their time low and they also were considering canceling my order because of it. They is no reason to be that rude to a customer over the fact that it is not crazy busy and your trying to make them park out front. What a joke!!!Kid-friendliness: Horribly rude staff
I love taco bell as much as anyone, but the prices keep going up these days, and the quality of food isn't going up. Everything about taco bell is good for a quick solid meal at a fair price, especially if you get a $5 box.

Came in at 9:50 pm through the drive thru. Our quesodillas were nearly uncooked & our tacos were stopped together almost like they had a blind person attempting to assemble food. Very disappointing.We called the store to try to get our issue resolved and we were hung up on by a very rude young lady.Hopefully the GM, Area Director and Owner of this restaurant will see this review and get those employees out of there. No one wants people like that working for them.

Amazing employees ! they are all super friendly and are extremely fast if they are not slammed and busy. Great and efficient! I always definitely go to this store.
Clean great staff outlets to charge your devices. Not a rough or rowdy crowd the customers are a older affluent active community type of individuals. Along with young family parents and kids. No druggies or drunks.Would highly suggest this location to visit and enjoy good food and chill atmosphere

Waited 30 minutes for my food for them to tell me that they already made it and somebody probably took it (my name was on the order) never heard them call out my name when they supposedly had made it. Couldn't get a refund when I waited all that time for nothing. Definitely won't be returning. Manager was no help at all. If I could rate it 0 stars I would.
