The staff does not pay attention to custom requests. I ordered a chicken taco with easy sauce. It had NO sauce. Went back and hour later, and ordered a burrito 🌯 supreme with no onions. However it has lots of onions. So buyer or eater, beware.

If this wasn't the closest one we would never go here. The night manager (not sure of his name) is the only employee that apparently knows how to do their job. The only time our orders are right is when he is working. It is so bad to the point we either go in to order or check it right when they hand it to us. 95% of the time it is missing something or made wrong. Just left there 10 mins ago and they messed up two tacos no lettuce and forgot 3 items from our order. They need to start hiring competent employees. I have worked fast food before, it's honestly one of the easiest jobs I've ever had. With both my husband and I working over 40hrs each a week, it would be nice to not have to have our orders messed up. We are exhausted and just wanting to feed our family a quick and easy meal. So, shout out to the night male manager, but the rest of you really need to get your stuff together. The incompetency is absolutely getting ridiculous.

The kiosk thing is the dumbest frickin thing n takes forever to find things to order. The worst offense though is the frickin name sake of the place! The tacos have less n less meat every time we go here. The tacos have no flavor besides lettuce cheese n shell. You cannot taste the meat anymore. Its ridiculous!!! Where's the BEEF!!! Wendy's has it!! Don't waste ur money here anymore!! Y'all have a good day!

Just can't get the orders right at this store. Got home, no sauce (yes, it was requested). Bring back the $7 folks. They did a better job. And pricing here is higher than another on the area. Just done with this store.

Whoever this mark on the bark person is, is clearly delusional I love the service here they are always friendly. Not to mention I always get my order correct and yes they play music but it’s music at the end of the day let them work.

Taco Bell always good food like usual, staff was swearing a lot and chatting inappropriately in the kitchen, could hear vulgar music being played back there too. Kitchen looked a little messy from the front counter. Not the best spot to sit down for a quick bite.
Taco Bell is good sometimes, the price compare to the portioning SUCKS, Your name will be called Bud when ordering at this place. We'll my friends, this isn't very professional in a place of business. Call me by my name or sir. Just because you call your co workers, family, friends Bud. This is a manager sayin it. If you call me Bud, You best be giving me a BIG discount. P.S. why do we have to ask for a Sr. discount! Its not automatic? Just sayin my friends I ordered 2 quesadillas, chicken 🐔, the tortias should be the larger size, not the baby, children's size 😃 Taco Bell needs to take lessons from WEKOPA Casino, because when ordering a quesadilla here, they triple the chicken on it, its so good my friends, I eat two, 2 of them and I am full. Just sayin, you know the rules...

Absolutely the quickest service of any drive thru ANYWHERE. Seriously. I've been in a LOT of drive thrus. Over 1,200 orders done through Postmates. This Taco Bell location has a super speedy team. Very considerate, genuine, and certainly great people. Thank you to the whole team there for making sure that many folks including my family are taken care of with speedy Exceptional service.
Update 02/24/23 Still the best Taco Bell in Mesa Thank you greatly to the entire team, especially the dinner & night crew. You know who you are! Seriously though, best team All around, thank you all.
Update 2/16/25 Yup, still the Best location I visit Believe me, I visit a Lot of locations & even worked a couple others. The Best is on Broadway & Lindsay.

I went into Taco Bell for Taco Tuesday. That's what their Google maps website says. Three Tacos for $5.00. After walking inside, I was told they no longer offered that. So, I ordered 3 regular crunchy tacos to go for $8:97. When I got home after 7 minutes, all three tacos were soggy, and all they had in them was meat and lettuce. What happened to the cheese and tomato I used to get? If they continue this practice, I will definitely stop going there.

Most of the time I have no issues with this place. Never any issues with my order or the food except just recently when I went there for breakfast, which is my favorite time to visit Taco Bell, is during breakfast time. I ordered one of their little sausage grilled breakfast burritos like I always do and whoever to cook was decided it'd be a good idea to put a sausage PATTY in my burrito instead of the pieces of sausage its SUPPOSED to come with!! COMPLETELY killed my appetite! I was so displeased and unsatisfied it was gross!
