Listen to me when I tell you this. Tacos Tijuana is by far the best taco shop in Mesa. If you like flavor, you will appreciate every bite. The carne asada is cooked to perfection and the char flavors have me wanting to go back right now for more. You cant go wrong with corn lr flour tortillas but they do change the taste. Order them as is, the sauce that comes on them isnt hot but has so much flavor. The onions are good, i might try grilled onions next time. The red and green salsa they offer with the tacos are the icing on the cake. I go here once a week.

I used to like coming here but it is not the same. Prices went up and tacos got smaller. I ordered a side of beans and couldn't believe the portion i went up to ask if this was a mistake and the lady got mad and said a side of beans is just a spoonful serving, really for the price I paid. Definitely over rated, would not recommend this place

I hate coming here because of the customer service. The employees who are cooking always seem very nice, but the Mexican girls at the register and the daytime manager are consistently rude to me. I order a lot of food from this location, yet their tone and body language immediately change whenever I ask a simple question—like how many sauces come with my order. Yesterday I ordered 2 quesadillas and 6 tacos and was told I could only have two small containers of taco sauce, which felt unreasonable. It’s uncomfortable to feel treated poorly for asking basic questions as a paying customer. The food is good, but the customer service makes me dread coming back.
I could get into more details but I won’t.
In saying that everyone deserves respectful service, regardless 😄

I am writing to express my frustration regarding a recent experience I had while using the chow app to order on December 30th.
I was disappointed to find that the app did not indicate that the restaurant was closed, and I proceeded to place an order. After receiving a notification that my order was ready for pickup on Friday, January 2nd, I attempted to cancel the order through the app. However, I encountered difficulties and was directed to contact the restaurant directly.
I called multiple times and even left a voicemail, but unfortunately, I never received a response until I was contacted via text stating that my order was ready. When I explained my situation and that I had tried to reach out before, I was met with rudeness and told that I would not receive a refund.
Fortunately, I was able to get in touch with your corporate email, and they were able to issue a refund. However, I am still feeling very unwelcome and dissatisfied with the way my concerns were handled because they still made me feel like it was my fault for ordering when they were closed.

I loved the food so much ! I would love to come back . We came in a group of 7 and the tables only went to 6 which that was okay . The service ehh 🤨 I did notice the servers and cooks kept staring at our table and gave very weird looks which made us feel uncomfortable 😣 and felt the need to leave . Other than that the food was amazing 🤩, I got the quesadilla with a little al pastor and carne asada and it was great 👍🏼 kinda small for $15 and then tried the keto taco of al pastor and omg it was bomb 💣 . Not really that kid friendly the atmosphere and environment yess but food options there is only a quesadilla which is $15 and my two kids split it and didn’t get full . So overall 3 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️for me anyways Hope this helps !!
