$5.40 for just a plain small thai tea without boba 😬

My boyfriend and I go every two months for their boba. The golden milk bubble tea is the best I've ever tasted and totally worth the 2 hour drive from Tucson to Chandler. Sure, the wait times are long, but that's because they're a small shop. I've never had an issue with our orders at all. Wish they were a little closer to home, but either than that, good things all around. I'm not a boba drinker, but this? Ten of them, please!

This place is my favorite boba tea house. ❤️ Has a lot of variety, is reasonably priced, and has friendly staff.

Decided to check out Tea Snow after passing it several times while I was going to MeKong Market. There were always tons of people inside and outside, so I knew something about it must be good. I walked inside and spoke with the staff member behind the counter who was so welcoming and patient. I told him that I wanted something not too sweet, but refreshing. He recommended a couple of teas, including the fruit tea, which was green tea infused with real fruit. I decided to add the lychee jelly. Since I did not want it too sweet he made it half sweet for me.

My tea came out quick and my first sip was super amazing. Full of fruit, nice hints of sweetness, and a little tart from the green tea and lychee. I loved that there were actual fruit chunks--I actuallt got a little full from the fruit. It made for a great couple of drinks.

I will be back for more, especially for just $7!

My younger and brother and I are visiting from WA state and wanted to get something refreshing to drink after we landed. We met my sister-in-law at Mekong Plaza for dim sum and decided to get drinks from Tea Snow after. I really wanted to like this place, but overall it just missed the mark. The service was not very friendly. It felt like the staff didn’t really want to be there. My in-law asked if she could mix half mango and half peach for her smoothie and the young gal working the register told her she couldn’t and then gave my in-law a bad look and attitude. The drinks themselves were okay, but nothing special. The flavors tasted a bit off and not very balanced. The biggest issue was the toppings. They were huge. Way too big to fit through the straw, which kind of defeats the purpose of bubble tea. I ended up having to fish them out when we got back to where we were staying, which was a bit annoying. Not the worst bubble tea I’ve ever had, but definitely not one I’d rush back for. The flavors didn’t have much sweetness to them, even my young niece said she didn’t like the drinks and she usually likes everything!

I’ve been bringing my kids to this amazing family owned business for nearly a decade. We are always met with warm smiles and welcomes and they consistently make the best boba and smoothies in town. We’ve tried a variety of places, and Tea Snow is simply the best we’ve found. Highly recommend trying the Cookies and Cream with a shot of espresso. So good! Thank you for all the years of stellar service. We appreciate you guys so much!

The royale milk tea taste really off today
I come here pretty often for the same drink. The tea either taste like it was way too much or just old dirty tea. Its not milky tasting like usual. She tried to fix it by adding more milk but the taste did not get any better. It was such a weird taste. I asked for a different drink which she said she couldn't give to me but she can give me a discount for another drink. Why would I pay for another drink if I just got it and took 1 sip? Other boba shops I've gone to have remade my drink w no questions and even given me a different drink. This bad experience makes me not want to come here anymore. Specially because she said this is how its supposed to taste.

The boba drinks at Tea Snow are creative, colorful, and refreshing.

I didn't like it. Nothing to do with other occasions that put the effort into providing good service. My smoothin had no flavor at all.
