Nia provided amazing service! We had a large party and she always made sure we were taken care of. We had some family visiting from out of state and they mentioned how impressed they were. Best service we've had in a long time and the food is great as always

Ordered 4 dozen rolls at 1pm today, and was told a 5pm pickup time. Arrived at the wrong location at 5:20, made it to the right location at 5:55. The gentleman at the pickup window got his manager, Tonya then informed me that my rolls were given to other customers and I’d have to wait for them to be made. For sure will be my last transaction with the Texas Roadhouse brand.

I would like to update my review, ever since they switched building they can’t seem to get the steaks right, we have been there 3 times since then. This last time they had to redo my steak once and my wife’s twice. We ended up taking the food home after waiting there for an hour for our steaks. From this point on we will only be going to either of the Gilbert locations. Sad, we have been going to the Stapley location for years. Oh yeah, I almost forgot, this happened on my birthday.
I had a good time. The food was great, and the service was great. The music was a little loud, and it was a little rowdy, so if you're looking for a quiet place to eat, this is not it. However, the food is really good.
Great food at a reasonable price for what you get. Very good service as well from all staff.

Food was great and the service was phenomenal. I had a party of 6 with different drinks, different food likes, and a wheelchair. The server was a champ! Fresh drinks, bread, napkins, etc. We ran poor Jace ragged. Lol. (the ladies room was horrid, but the restaurant was packed to the gills Super Bowl Sunday)

Torrey is the man!!!! Cody was our server and he was great, but we had a gift card that we couldn’t read the pin and he took the time to help us figure it all out. He literally kept trying different combos of numbers from what we could read until it worked. He wanted us to have a good experience, and because of him, it was so much more
Positive! Otherwise we would have had to go back and call the gift card company to figure it out. Who has time for that??? Thank you Torrey!!!

Worst Birthday Dinner ever!
My wife, two daughters and son in law went for my birthday dinner at Texas Roadhouse in Mesa. We've gone there before during the holidays and that experience was good. This time, it was an embarrassment.
We were seated just fine and our server was nice. But after that everything went bad.
She brought out our drinks and when she was serving them, three of the drinks fell onto my son in law's lap. They poured all over his brand new jeans and soaked both him and the bench. The waitress was on it right away. But it took quite a few minutes to get everything soaked up from the bench. In fact even my youngest daughter got wet from the drinks sliding over to her. The table behind us even even gave us their napkins to help clean the mess up.
The waitress was very apologetic. We totally understand if she was shaken up. Things happen and we were ok with it. Once things settled down we ordered and the food came out in a good amount of time. But sides were missing, drinks were confused and silverware wasn't replaced.
In addition, the food was subpar from the previous time we were there. Maybe because of everything that happened or because we all felt bad that my son in law was sitting there eating in soaked pants. But the food wasn't good.
Once we were done, the check came. It was for $156. No comps were offered. No discounts given. Just full price for everything. The waitress looked at the bill and knew the full price.
We gave the waitress two hundred in cash and she asked if we wanted change. Are you serious?! Did she really expect a $44 tip after that fiasco?!
One of the ladies from table behind us who had given us the napkins to help clean up asked us as she was leaving if they comped any meal or given any discounts. We said, "Nope". She just rolled her eyes, said "figures" and left.
The waitress did come back with the change and again offered an apology. But it was too little, too late. No manager came to ask us what happened. It's as if either a manager wasn't told or didn't care. I guess as long as someone doesn't make a fuss, then no comps will be offered.
To me that just shows how terrible the customer service is at Texas Roadhouse. I wonder if that's their norm. Seat them, serve them, charge full price, flip the table. Rinse and repeat.
Even with the fact that we were given a free mini scoop of ice cream for my birthday didn't mean squat.
This was by far the worst birthday dinner experience ever. Might as well have gone to QT for dinner. We would've had better customer service there.

We usually eat at this Tx roadhouse, but today, I was sharing a steak, I cut it in half to hand off and a piece of hair was underneath the steak. Turned my tummy. Let them know, they too off our ticket but it will be awhile before we go back. The waitress wasn't too apologetic but the managers took care of it.
