Not happy at allWe where hungry and thirsty and the little girl would not sit us down cause we had one more person on there way and she told me that is a CO. Policy.Well the family of 6 behind was concerned because they where missing 2 friend.Yes I was shocked we where a party of 4 and denied they where a party of 8 and went right.No words I can you to describe that feeling.Your Policy needs to change when your trying to spend money.Won't be back.Used to be my favorite

My new favorite steakhouse. Great rib eyes, great food great service.4/22/24 Update: we celebrated my father in laws 86th birthday. We had 18 people. I called the restaurant just after they opened and let them know about our large party that evening. They were as accommodating as they could be, we had very little wait time and we were able to sit together in the same area. Out server Ajani was great, super patient, attentive, friendly and took care of us. Even split our checks. TR IS my favorite steak house!

Food was good, but the dining area was filthy and my son's chair had bbq sauce spread all across the back. Of course, he was wearing his all white soccer jersey because he had just finished a tournament and we decided to go to one of his favorite restaurants to celebrate. What we didn't know was that we would be leaving with bbq sauce stains all across the back. While dining, I noticed a worker cleaning the table next to us. I would suggest wiping down the chairs, too.

I usually go to the metro area but this time I went all the way to Mesa I love that they always take care of us with a positive attitude if we needed anything else boxes,drinks, and etc

It was ok. They won't sit us until everyone was there even if they were outside coming in. We got house salads with our meal, and the ranch dressing tasted like straight up mayo. The service was good.

The food was very satisfying and tasty. Our waiter was wonderful. I wish I could remember his name because he was wonderful. He was even training a new employee and was still positive and upbeat as well as helpful. I wish more food service was this great. The atmosphere was ok it would have been better if people would make their children behave in public, but that is not Texas Roadhouse's fault. We will definitely be back ASAP! Keep up the good work.
