Our most recent trip to TR was disappointing on 07/16. We wanted to have a nice family dinner out before the kids go back to school. We went there before the dinner rush and I put in reservations online through the app beforehand so once we checked in, we were seated right away. Wait staff members were great, restaurants seating area was clean but the food quality was just not there for the price. My son and I both got a chicken critters meal with a double order of french fries, my wife got an 8 ounce sirloin, smothered with mushrooms, salad and french fries. My other kid got barbecue chicken plate with french fries and apple sauce. The fries were definitely old, the chicken critters were about the size of two pencils put together, and there was only five or six, barbecue chicken was dry, and the 8 ounce sirloin was bland. Maybe it was just N off night but for $89 it just wasn’t worth it imo. We didn’t get any alcohol but just four sodas @ 3.39 = $13.56 plus food at $68.95, totaling $89. After a tip it was $104, so not even close to the being worth it.

It's been a few years since I've been there. The welcome back was amazing. Great bread, food looked and tasted delicious 😋. The female server was very polite, fast, and attentive. Drinks, tea, sampler appetizer, and chicken/steak dinner. They still sing for birthdays as well. Clean, good, fun atmosphere. Gilbert, AZ location. Sorry, I forgot to take photos. Happy foodie.

Manager said we Can't take a party of 8. She said, you have to wait 3 hours. That's to many people. So don't bring your family to dinner at the location on power rd. Then found out they are only doing reservations for couples.

Ordered takeout, picked it up within 3 minutes of the text message saying my food was ready. Drive the 10 minutes home, food was cold and sirloin and filet were overcooked to well done shoe leather. My Caesar salad was just a container of lettuce. Never have issues with the Gilbert Rd location, so I’ll stick with that one.

It was good food but pricey. We had a group of 12. Most were older ladies for my grandma's Birthday, they wouldn't seat us until the waiter they said we were gonna have, showed up for work, who was late. We waited for over a half hour.
