Ya know when you come to Broken Yolk you expect a pretty amazing meal. I ordered my usual Golden State Benedict and when the runner brought it out the first thing I noticed is that it was swimming in this disgusting broken Hollandaise sauce. I sent it back and the second plate had much less Hollandaise sauce but it was still gross and broken. The server, bless her heart was mortified when I showed her my food.
