From the moment we walked in, we had an awesome experience at The Buffalo Spot! Stephanie greeted us right away with a warm smile and made us feel welcome instantly. Since it was our first time visiting, she patiently explained the menu and even went above and beyond by letting us sample a sauce so we’d know the spice level. That was such a thoughtful touch!

We ended up ordering two large buffalo fries—one with pineapple jalapeño and one with mango habanero. Both were packed with flavor, and we kicked them up a notch by adding ranch on top. Pro tip: definitely ask for extra sauce because it makes them even better! The fries were loaded, messy in the best way possible, and absolutely delicious.

We also tried their new milkshakes—Biscoff and banana—and wow, they were amazing! So creamy, rich, and addictive that they didn’t even survive the car ride home.

The food was incredible, but the service made the visit stand out even more. Stephanie’s friendliness, patience, and genuine care turned a quick meal into a great experience. We’ll definitely be back again soon!

I wish I could give zero stars, u never leave my house as a single parent the one time I do I go to order a salad and they give me salad wrap, I repeated my order twice, once in asking the guy up front if the salad came with fries as a meal, he said it didn’t. So I paid for fries on the side. As I stated I waited outside my car for my food, only for it to be a wrap and a salad. The manager on duty told me it wasn’t her responsibility for her employees one not knowing the salad came as a meal with fries and two giving me the wrong order. Completely rude and unprofessional.

I came in to grab some lunch, I was helped at the register by CR, he was one of the nicest/helpful fellas I have talked to when ordering at a place like this, asked me all the right questions and even offered me a sample of a sauce I was asking about, I haven’t even tasted the food yet but guys like him leave me wanting to come back just to experience service like that. Great spot I’m sure the foods great as well but I had to leave this review while sitting waiting for my food because this guy was just too awesome to not leave one. Thank you CR!

Honestly this place is becoming one of my favorite fast food places! I crave them all the time! Great food and service always comforting to know they know exactly who I am when I walk in the door! 10 out of 10 recommend!

I ordered the regular buffalo frys. Half the Jamaica jerk and half chipotle. Unfortunately they did half buffalo flavor with i am not a fan of. It was a Togo order so I did not know till I was already home. Other then that mix up. Staff was supper friendly. Food was ready fast. Place was very clean.

I normally order food from here online, but I went in person today and was met with the nicest people. Felt super comfortable, and they were working hard. As always the food was amazing, the chicken is so wonderful, I never get any chewy bits which is a huge deal breaker for me. Amazing flavor selection as well. I recommend this place to anyone looking for some delicious chicken and fries!

I'm one of the delivery drivers for doordash I've been it doing on the side, I accept every single order and always have five stars. I usually make more because restaurant works don't like us and want to do things out of spite however I always work by time plus tips so the smug making me fill up a soda or making the order takes longer pays me more. So I seriously don't mind helping if it makes sense but if the store is empty and chairs are up and you're waiting for me to arrive to tell me to fill up a soda is ridiculous you're wasting your own time to make the drivers do something for ego when we already drive in traffic. It shows because of the other reviews. I also work as an actual large package delivery driver so I have good habits to maintain a good score. I have a paid off truck and house so I could just walk out on any order or not even do this. Almost no restaurants ask the driver to make drinks anymore and if it's busy they especially don't have time for that petty stuff.

Update: I love when my delivery driver drops off a half filled soda and expects us to be happy with this, either she didn't care that The Buffalo Spot didn't fill it up, it spilled in her car, or she was thirsty.

Oh wow, love the “available online” claim for the 20 for $20 and 30 for $30 deals—totally makes sense that it actually means in-store only.

Went in with my co-workers right after work after one of them recommended it as a decent spot to eat, and i have to say i am very impressed. The place was clean, food was great and whoever the gentleman was at the behind counter really made the place welcoming! Thank you. I'll definitely be coming here again with my friends and my co-workers lol

Bragging on this place.. brought my son, first time. He loved it, I would have , IF THE CASHIER WOULD HAVE REMEMBERED TO GIVE ME MY SAUCES I ASKED FOR ON THE SIDE!
LIKE ALWAYS, FRIES NEEDED A LIL MORE COOK TIME, SOGGY FRIES WITH GOOD TOPPINGS, DOESN'T MAKE IT GREAT, COOKING IT UP RIGHT, MAKES IT BEST, REMEMBER THAT ‼️😥😬.
