Their posted business hours are deceptive. They say they are open until 10PM, but they stop taking orders for chicken by at least 9:45PM. The employee was polite though and the food is good (when they will allow you to order it).

Look... If I call in, I'd like the order to be put into their system and be cooking after we end the call. Not when I get there and have to wait another 20 minutes.
Also for the family pack, website and Doordash doesn't let you select all drinks to be only sweet tea. You have to select 4 separate drinks. Which is why I call in.

Food is good and better than Wing Stop. But... at Wing Stop, you can call or order online, say/select Pay At Store, and the order will have a "Ready in _ to _ minutes".

Is it worth it? As long as you're not hungry while waiting for the food, sure. But not everyone is not going to be a hunger stage before ordering food.

Slooooooow. It took 20 mins for our dine in order. There was no one else there! They focus on to go orders before dine in orders. The food is always delicious but the wait not so much. There was a LOT of tiny flies or gnats flying around the front counter and even as we sat to wait and eat they were around our table.

Very disappointing. Drove 25 minutes to try. I got 15 wings. Half lemon pepper and half the other dry rub you offer. It felt like the rub were just sprinkled on my wings after you placed them in the to-go container. Most of the wings were naked. Some had rub on one side of the wing. Shame because the few bites I got with the rub were actually really good. Make it right, guys.

Expect long waits when they have no other orders and no one waiting in line. The owner of this place needs to reevaluate or hire a better manager because why do you have 5 employees on when you’re dead? Send people home you’re wasting your profit! How tf with that many people on do I have to wait over a half hour for “fast food”???

Great chicken! When they say big strips, they mean big strips! We loved the original hot sauce!

4:30p.m. I'm changing 1 star to 5, cuz they really do deserve a 5 star rating. I appreciate the owners reply, thank you.

10:30a.m.-Food is always amazing! I eat here at least once or twice a week, for months now. The soda and tea always taste horrible, I even brought it to the owner or managers attention, in person. Main reason for 1 star is cuz today I was over charged $3 (4 piece jumbo tender clearly reflects $19 on the menu). This is the second time I've been over charged, please be mindful of your purchase. The fries are not as good as they used to be, not sure if this is a one time thing, I'll find out in a few minutes. Also, why do we only get one sauce (tiny cup) for two big a$$ chicken tenders? I will continue to eat at Buffalo Spot cuz the food is super yummy, I could eat the lemon pepper chicken every day, I will just need to keep checking my receipts cuz the math wasn't mathing today. Customer service is literally a human behind the register cuz they don't respond to much of anything.

We love the food but the staff needs to be confident is what they are employed to do... You take a name and we expect someone to pronounce it respectfully and if we want to dine in that should be available... We all have a life but want a little down time to seat and eat not have our food put in a bag giving off a just leave atmosphere... Apparently employees are told to bag food even if it's a dine in request... So order ahead and pick up is the way to go or dine during the day when owners and bosses are present... Excuses and passing the buck is deep with the crew...

They left out the fries ?. So I called to say hey. The main reason why I came there was for the fries ?, and you left it out.
The dude's response was, " So what do you want me to do ?"
I said nothing and hung up.

That's poor customer service ?
