The Cheesecake Factory has absolutely nothing vegan to eat. Their black bean burgers has eggs in it and except for lettuce there is NOTHING on the menu to eat!!

Had a reservation for 5pm for 2 the other night and they were quick to sit us down. But I felt so terribly rushed as our server kept on coming over about every 5 minutes after we got our main meals to ask if we were leaving soon, she couldn’t pick up a hint that we were still eating and continued to berate us. We ordered cheesecake and she came back while the cheesecake was literally untouched and asked if we wanted boxes. We were there for about 45 minutes to an hour and a half and I think we were relatively nice to the staff, we didn’t look slobbish so I’m very upset to have been felt so rushed on a special night with someone who means so much to me. If I had the option to spend that 150$ somewhere else, I totally would which is a total bummer since the food and place so amazing :/

Booked a reservation for our anniversary on Friday. Had a good dinner. Service was okay not great. We were going to a movie after so decided we'd come back to get cheesecake after the movie. Here is where our issue starts. First advertisement everywhere for a cheesecake they said they no longer had. We saved the cheesecake for the next night and as my husband took his first bite a long brown hair pulled out of the cheesecake he was sick. I couldn't finish my cheesecake either. So practically $30 dollars just went in the trash.

We had the best experience at Cheesecake Factory thanks to our amazing server, John M! He went above and beyond to make my husband’s birthday special while also being so kind and attentive to our 4 kids (no small task!). From start to finish, his service was absolutely fantastic—friendly, patient, and always making sure we had everything we needed. He truly made our family dinner feel special and stress-free. Thank you, John, for helping us celebrate—we’ll definitely be asking for you next time!

I got the fish and chips and a mojito. The fries were great, but the fish was very bland. The mojito was large, but lacked the strong minty flavor I was looking for. We sat at the bar and the bartender was fantastic. She delivered excellent service and even gave us extra bread when I told her my dad at home loves there whole grain bread. Overall everything was good.

The waiter was probably the best part of this experience. The hostess desk made patrons wait until new shift of waiters were in position. I would have preferred to be seated and told it would be a few minutes before the waitress would be available. There were 3 hostesses chatting so I didn't understand why so many of us had to wait for seating. I gave my name while waiting and they didn't even get that right and seemed not to believe me when they called Tim instead of Jim. It was apparent no one else was waiting. We Then were seated far away from the restaurant at the last table next to the kitchen until we asked for a different table. We were totally disappointed and couldn't wait for the experience to end.
