The staff here are rude and uncaring. If you don't like a drink they won't make you another one. Unfortunately they have very Poor customer service when it comes to a simple issue of the customers uncertain choice of drinks.

They make great coffee and have a nice selection of original energy drinks. Staff is very friendly too. The stamp cards they have are a nice incentive. You receive a stamp after each purchase. Once you reach 10, you can get a free item on the menu. One of my go-to coffee shops.

Our family and true FIX FANS! They staff is always attentive to your needs and super friendly! When you come here you notice the difference right away compared to other shops and that would make sense given the owner, Matt, is just a wonderful person!
Hands down this is our go to spot. Just recently we had an event at our school for 9/11 and first responders, and the Fix was gracious enough to let us know they would be honored to provide refreshments! When you think of businesses there to support the community The Fix is a prime example of what that looks like. As an major added bonus every thing on their menu is delicious!

Idk what happen to this place. They used to be top tier especially this location. I keep coming back hoping they will get it together but everytime I'm disappointed. I always order their iced white chocolate macadamia nut breve and it used to be so good but now it's all sweet with no coffee. Recently I came back cause I heard they had matcha. Tried all 3 they advertise and fell in love with the honey and vanilla. Mind you I was ordering 4 of those puppies a day for the last 3 weeks. For the last 3 days those drinks have been tasting like metal and milk. I think I'm done with this place for sure this time and the free drink I get for next time is going straight in the trash just like this place has gone. Hey you got choices don't make this one be one of them.

Stopped by The Fix drive-thru for the first time, got an iced white chocolate pumpkin and had a great experience. Shelby was incredibly friendly and helpful in the drive thru line, and my coffee was perfect. I’ll definitely be back!
