I was considering trying your concept via online delivery. You even had a BOGO deal, which is awesome! But the BOGO burger doesn't have cheese. Nor is it an add-on option. There's upcharges for bacon, avocado...but not cheese? The most common topping on a burger. Maybe something to consider and quickly remedy, because I would have ordered otherwise. Pretty disappointing.

Waited in drive-thru line for over 15 minutes! We thought there was only 1 person working. When we finally make it to the order microphone, had to repeat the order 3x! Btw, don't order the Cubano!!Cubano!!! The picture looks delicious, it was nothing like the picture in reality and was NOT WORTH OVER $7 for this sandwich!!!!!! TOTALLY GENERIC! We got to the pickup window and was missing an order of onion rings and we'd asked for alot of ranch. Yet only received 2 cups for 3 onion ring orders. For the amount of money we spent, we would've thought we'd have received better service, better food and less errors. This is not our 1st time here. Seems there's always a screw up or 3 whenever we come to this location??? 3 strike you're out rule!

Don’t even think about calling the number to the store when they screw up your order “they no longer have a direct line, you can go to our website to file your complaint “ -Call center agent. This is customer service? This is how you fix things? Based on their ratings it makes sense. Another company owned by Private Equity that’s ruining what used to be a good brand.
Do you enjoy sodium? You’ll LOVE this place. They salt the crap out of their patties, breading, and sides. If you were a ? you’d straight up shrivel and die.
We asked for some ranch dressing, and we were handed 6 little containers that were about 15% full of ranch, or about as much sploog as a teenage boy can muster on the third day of his parents being out of town. Pretty pathetic. Like, some human literally looked at that and said “Yep, that’s a good amount right there.”
This food is average, at best. There is nothing spectacular to be found here, no reason to come back. Two stars for cleanliness and staff friendliness.

It's as delicious as a burger in Korea. I don't think the cost-effectiveness was good. I think I could use it more often if the price was a little cheaper.

Wish I would have read the comments I am so sick and tired of the incompetence of the workers. I spent $45 on a family pack. Asked for no onions. My husband is allergic. Well both burgers were loaded with onions. So he didn't get to eat. I am so sick of some restraunt workers just doing what they want, And not what we asked and payed for. We will never spend another penny with you. My husband could die if he would of ate the burger with out checking. The tomato was so thin you could see through it. The chicken sandwich was cut in half where the chicken was mostly on 1 side. A thin strip on the other. Kids had a fit. Again shame on you for not training your employees right. Never again I feel you ripped me off. And you can't speak to anyone to fix it. I promise I will let all know. Aren't you tired of apologizing all the time?. .
