Honestly I get the other bad reviews-- the service is soooo slow. The drive thru always takes 30 mins or more. Other than that we seem to always come back, the food is good! My son always finishes all of his burger which is the main reason why I always come back, plus my kids love the mini burger candy they give with the kids meals. They seem to be a bunch of younger kids working there, hopefully they can get some more experienced workers to help them out with moving faster.

I wouldn't have even given it one star, but the food was really good. The service was absolutely abominable, Saturday night, were they surprised that they might run out of their strawberry limeade, were they surprised that people might be asking for it to be refilled? Never got refilled. Manager was overhearing twice them telling us that they would get to it when they got to it basically, and just smiled and did nothing. Did they think Saturday night was going to get less busy?! Don't know why I bought a drink, also, don't know why I tipped them, clearly in the future I will not be visiting this location, probably maybe not even ever going back to habit, and I wish I could get my freaking tip back. Here's a tip, people go out to dinner so they can have an enjoyable experience, not just enjoyable food. Very disappointed Habit!

I loved my Santa Barbara burger, from the fresh avocado to the toast buns! The fries, tempura green beans and sweet potato fries were also so nicely crisp and good! Ordered on the kiosk, and the wait for the food wasn’t bad. They gave us a side of ranch which went perfectly with my burger all my fries options. Also, family friendly ????

Excellent service staff. Ordering made easy with the kiosk. Food was ready in a short time, hot and tasty. Everything is ala carte, meaning no discount for ordering a meal of burger, drink and fries as a unit. Required to order each entreé as an individual item. More costly that way. But it is made fresh!

They made a mistake trying to install drive throughs. Setting unrealistic expectations they can’t deliver on. Too slow for “fast food”
Really good! I had the Santa Barbara and made it lettuce wrapped and it was impressive. Might have been one of the best lettuce wrapped burgers I have had.
