Very disappointing. I'm a frequent Habit customer. Restaurant was dirty, no napkins, ice tea, ketchup. Service was poor. French fries were cold. Worst experience ever at a Habit restaurant.

UPDATE - Ordered a double char with bacon and there was no bacon on the burger. Asked them to contact me and its been over a week with no contact clearly this location just doesnt get it. AVOID AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I have become more & more dissatisfied with this location since its opening. Drive through wait times are excessive, and generally, the customer service has declined drastically since opening. It was excellent for the first while, but then some people left. It is very disappointing because I really like their food offerings. The last three stops have been disappointing. But things are looking up! There is what once was my favorite fast food hamburger joint being built practically next door. Hopefully, the fire of competition will bring them back to their pevious quality customer service. To be clear, the staff has never been nasty per say, but the the customer experience has been very off-putting.

Waited 35 minutes for 2 burgers and some fries. I'm not sure what was taking so long because they don't take your order, you do it yourself. When we got our food it was cold to the touch. My husband bit into his and there was a bone or something that got stuck in his tooth. Overall food was meh and the service was terrible. We won't be returning.

I was waiting in line to ve helped and ti take my order and when no one bothered coming over so I left. In & out is cheaper and has better burgers anyways. Not to mention excellent customer service
