Spoke to GM Brian at store #393. Never received my food nor refund for my money. This was Jan 12th called there number spoke to 3 ppl and they say then can do nothing about it. The fact an establishment would do this sickens me.

The food is good but the service is so terrible its not even worth it. I ordered online, it said it would be ready in 10 minutes. I showed up 30 minutes later, 20 minutes past pick up time and they told me it would be another 10 minutes. 10 minutes later food is still not ready.
They don't care about peoples time. When I looked at the employees, they were all working extremely slow. I can see why they were so far behind. They weren't even short staffed looking at home many employees were there. They were just working slow and didn't care.

I have been to this location many times for Door Dash orders, the wait is 20mins if your lucky for dine in or to go, the usual is 35-45 mins, not worth it by a mile

We came here on Friday with customers standing around waiting for food, the service is incredible slow, the tables are unkept and not wiped, the bathrooms are unsanitary, I have been here twice to this location and each visit is unorganized with zero structure.

Not a fan. It took 20 minutes to get my order. The burgers were overly salty, the fries were cold, and the onion rings were greasy. Do yourself a favor and go to Wendy’s.

Every other Habit I've been to can deliver a delicious burger or sandwich in 5-10 minutes EVEN if the restaurant is packed.
I'm not sure what the issue is with this location, but my wife and I waited 45 minutes for 2 lousy burgers and when they arrived, they were cold! How is that possible? The place wasn't even busy!
Reading the other reviews, it looks like this is a common theme at this location. Ridiculous.
The staff is worthless. It took 3 people to figure out how to scan our gift card. The 2 cooks looked they they were grilling one burger at a time. Every employee looked confused about everything.
I'm not one to complain about slow service, but there is no excuse for this location to constantly be as bad as it is. Corporate should either send in a regional manager to turn it around or revoke the Habit Franchise.

food was poor quality because it had been sitting around so long… despite having taken almost 40 minutes for a single burger, manager was doing nothing to get food out in a rush despite the 11 people waiting, and using their subordinates as a shield from customers, taking no accountability, leadership, etc. it was really honestly flabbergasting how slow things were moving and what a poor job the manager was doing, and other reviews shows its a common issue for this location… ill just go to the santan location if I ever go to habit again 🫡👎
Crowd of 10+ people waiting 45 minutes for their food. Felt like I was watching them try to cook with one hand tied behind their backs as they slowly and gingerly place things. Everyone’s food was cold and the manager hid in the back. Just shut this place down already. Also, why is the whole building so cold in the middle of winter?? Close the walk-in freezer already??

Really liked the food quality and how nice the workers were, they had a lot of stuff going on their screens and still got it out in a good amount of time :) very happy to be next to a good habit burger once again
