They no longer take your order, you have to use the self service kiosk. Which would normally be fine, but I waited almost 20 min while some 70+ years old couples tried to figure it out.The food took forever to come out. And when it did, it was cold and wrong.To charge almost $15 a burger and not even have someone taking my order. Hard pass. I'll go back to in and out.

We used the self-serve kiosk and discovered the $6.00 combo, which includes a hamburger, drink, fries, and a gummy. It came to $6.90 with cheese. The portion is perfect for a lunch meal and at a price point appropriate for the quantity and quality.The kids cheeseburger offers less option at a high price point.Only detractor with The Habit was an inability to swap fries for onion rings via the kiosk.

I've never been to a Habit Burger before today and let me just tell you that I am a fan. Service was fast and friendly. The restaurant was clean inside and the food was delightful. Special callout to the amazing veggie burger and green bean fries. Absolutely delicious!

My new favorite burger spot! Love this place! Food is always fresh and HOT! The staff are so friendly and nice!
We were the first customers of the day, and we came with a larger group, so I'm not shocked they seemed overwhelmed. However, when you force us to do the order on a machine, and the machine shows what I selected, the messed up order is then human error on your end. Several orders incorrect. That said, I enjoyed the food and would try again if in the area.

firstly, if your drive thru box is busted, do us all the favor and at least put a sign upsecondly, when it comes to burgers:there’s no need to overdress it with toppings & spread, a little goes a long way.thirdly, whoever’s pulling baskets for fries needs to wring out the fryer oil better(our fries were over salted & soggy, lowkey depressing)I know times are rough, and it’s hard to find good help nowadays. So idk, just don’t think I’ll come here again that’s all. Can’t say it was worth the shot , but do with that as you will.
