Yes it's a tad slow, they cook to order all items. Been 3x since it opened and food was hot fresh delicious each time! Ordered bbq bacon char, regular char, green beans, fries and onion rings.

It was my first time visiting a Habitat Burger & Grill. It's not clean at all... There are fingerprints all over the tables because they haven't been properly wiped. There's absolutely no customer service and they have those self checkouts so the people don't bother to even greet you. It's way overpriced.... For 2 adults and 1 child we paid $44.61...I could've just gone to a sit down restaurant and paid $50 for a clean place and better service. The food isn't worth it.

Habit is one of my favorite quick burger spots. Not this one. Food was sloppy, had to restack our burgers. Staff less than cared. They missed something on our order and it was a few dollars difference then we showed him the receipt he crumbled up and his response was “no big deal” when initially he didn’t want to make it right. Not bothering with this location again.

I absolutely love Habit Burger! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Whether it’s the chargrilled burgers or their tasty sides, every meal feels like it’s made with care.
What makes this place even better is the incredible service. The general manager, Brian, does an amazing job running things. He’s always friendly, attentive, and makes sure customers have a great experience every time. His attention to detail and commitment to quality really stand out.
If you’re craving a great burger and exceptional service, Habit Burger is the place to be! I’ll definitely keep coming back.

2nd time I’ve been here and I orders the same thing a grilled chicken sandwich with teriyaki on the side and they still put it on my sandwich leaving it soggy and I throw half of it way ugh so annoying . When she Handed our food she didn’t even give me a chance to ask if she put it in the bag and she didn’t even say thank you! So rude done with this place
Really disappointed in this place.
I heard good things so I tried it out Friday afternoon. I was the only customer around 4:30
Ordered 3 combo meals ,First I had to wait almost 20 minutes for my order, they gave me the 3 drinks right away, so all the ice had melted before i ever recieved the food, i watched the fries come out and be placed in the bag, 10 minutes later the sandwiches. My Santa Barbra was bad, real bad. When you take 20 minutes to make a fresh burger it sure shouldn't be uncooked. The avocado was black/grey not green, Cold fries, warm drinks . The quality of food was definitely a disappointment,
I actually threw the burger away after the 2nd bite.
When you add to that the cost. $51 for 3 combo meals? If you are going to charge someone those prices , you should at least make an effort to provide quality food.

We ordered two combos - a grilled chicken sandwich and a BBQ Bacon Burger.
The chicken sandwich was great. Flavor was on point - and the portion size definitely fits the pricing. The only drawback here was the add on of Avocado. They do a smashed avocado instead of slices, so it was just a bit of a mushy mess with the other items.
The BBQ Bacon Burger was great, too. solid burger and the flavor was amazing - but the bacon was not strips, I was given what looked like Bacon bits shoveled into the center of my burger. Hidden - for sure, hoping I wouldn't notice? The taller gal that was on shift tonight was even confused as to what my burger was - because she couldn't see the Bacon on it.
She apologized for the delay in the food, but it looked like a light shift tonight - so maybe they were a person down. I won't hold it against them, just doing the best they could at a higher standard fast food joint.
4/5 due to the Bacon fiasco.
Atmosphere inside was fairly quiet, group of teenagers came in and got a bit loud, but not rowdy or obnoxious.
Vegetarian options: They have salads and "Impossible" options.
Dietary restrictions: Pretty decent way to customize items. I didn't go digging through this though for GF.
Parking: Decent amount out front, and shared parking with the plaza.
Kid-friendliness: No issues with kids here, plenty of room for them in booths.
Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of open floor space and side tables. Not all tables are booths.

Clean floor, dirty tables. Not busy. Order took a while, but maybe they cook to order like a restaurant rather than microwave fast food.
Over-all food was good, probably healthier tha fast food. But different from your normal fast food burger/fries. For the price, I would think you would get more. $14+ for double char meal.

I drove from Colidge to this place, and as soon as I entered the door, I asked the lady to use the restroom since was a 40 min drive, and I really had to use the restroom, she said no, it was for customers only, I told her that I needed to use the restroom prior to ordering, she declined to allow me to use the restroom, then I told her, then I rather pee on my pants while I’m inside my car than peeing while she taking my order. I refuse to give my service /money to use places like this when kids have no common sense or how the urgency of customer sometimes it’s to use their facilities, it’s Monday September 23, 3:01pm, this place it’s empty with no customers whatsoever.

I've always loved The Habit. The last time we went through the drive thru. Food was not very good. Tried to call, seemed they are not setup to take calls.

My wife and I have been long time Habit Burger fans but our visit to this location may be our last. The chicken on our chicken ciabatta sandwiches were old and over done. The ciabatta bread was stale and we didn’t notice until we were half way through our meals. When you cannot bite through the bun so you have to tear it off like beef jerky you know it’s stale. We compared our chicken colors only to find out her sandwich was far from well prepared. Our chicken patties were two different colors. If my child wasn’t sick I would put this meal back on the front counter and have them try and eat it. It wasn’t busy at all we were the only car in the drive thru.
