This was my first time here. It was a great experience. Our waitress Jen was fast and friendly. We told her it was our first time here. She let the manager Sara know Sara personally brought us a "first time starter plate" made us feel so welcomed thank you both for your great customer service

When me and my friend and I arrived, there was no hostess, just a sign that said, "Please seat yourself." So we did. Then our waitress came and scolded us for doing so đ. She was rude to us the entire time

16 oz margaritas $9 all day long. Ummm no. It's 6oz drink and 10 oz ice try to order one no ice and see what happens FALSE ADVERTISING.. beer 16 oz doesn't come with ice neither does the wine ... other drinks are not advertised in ozs yet boy oh boy those margaritas (they're weak)đ€đI even brought it up to mngmt... "we cant" my butt they need to change their signs. Food on the other hand better than advertised.

Just left and had the worst experience weâve ever had at the hub. We donât expect much - itâs a bar and grille. However we werenât checked on once during our meal. We couldnât find our waitress and we had no water. Would not recommend this location.

If you want fantastic wings, but the absolute worst service youâll ever experience come here. If you ask for anything after food arrives, donât expect to get it. Waitress will walk by 3 or 4 times like you never asked for napkins. Also, bring your own ketchup.

We ordered desert and tequila sampler to go with a cigar. We where told the kitchen closed in 2 minutes by the hostess. At 11 we were told we had until 11:15 to finish.
At 11:15 the hostess came to our table said sorry guys and grabbed our tequila glasses.
We are two local business men in the area and felt her actions and unprofessional attitude was very rude and will most likely result in us not coming back.
to the Sossoman location and the 2 young employees that ran the food out to my car, because my granddaughter was sleeping- you get a 10 đ review! thank you!!!

We love going to the Hub for their gluten-free fish & chips. They are one of the only places we can enjoy good battered fish that is celiac safe. The only downside is that if you sit near the door to the outside bar, you smell the cigarette smoke every time someone opens the door. Otherwise, we love the place
