I always get their award winning smoked wings and have been for almost a decade. Today was the first disappointment. They were over smoked and dry and tasted almost burnt. The kitchen pour a scoop of el jefe sauce in the middle of the wings not caring if the wigs were sauced. The wings were cold on top of it. I ate what I could and did not complain but have never received such sloppy poor quality food. On that not my dads Cobb salad was spectacular!

This place is so fun! Yummy items on the menu, fun atmosphere and the servers are great! I recently rented the 2 rooms off to the side for my daughter’s grad party - best idea I’ve had! Used The HUB for catering food and everyone loved it! Easy peasy! Cece was the best server who kept everything moving and made sure everyone was happy! She’s the best! We visited a few weeks ago, after not been since they reopened. The staff was absolutely amazing. We had our toddler with us, who spilled her juice and they were so sweet cleaning it up. Just about everyone came to say hi to her. The manager kept checking on us. The food was absolutely delicious and so much of it, we couldn't finish it. The restaurant looks so good and the layout is much better than before, so much more open. Thank you for being such a great place to eat!

Normally I would be giving 5 stars around for this location, but something was off yesterday with their kitchen. Ordered a bacon cheeseburger with NO garnishments and Mac a Cheese to go and the burger had all the garnishments. Also had ordered the hummus platter and my wife wanted both hummus’s red pepper and she got one red pepper and one jalapeño and her side order of wings mild came Cajun style (burnt).
For takeout, usually fast but this time it was almost 40 minutes.
Hostess that took our order was nice and we knew she took our order correctly as she was asking detailed questions when we phoned in the order. She also apologized a few times on the wait time.

Wings tasted like beef jerky. Seems like a big batch was cooked, then dipped into appropriate sauces and reheated or something like that. If you want wings gotta stick to Native, Zipps, or another local restaurant that serves them fresh.

Okay food was so good the fish chip awesome now let's talk about takeout and how you're treated so I did the dining experience it was great I just ordered pound of wings sweet potato fries and a regular order of fries I only got one raspberry sauce one celery and the person who took my order did not want to tell me their name! I don't know I guess we're American made then we can get a little lazy but people really need to take pride in getting tipped on takeout meaning I should get napkins ketchup sauce and a little to go pack it for utensils I had to ask for the sauce and the guy came back with one sauce well I tried but if you don't want repeat business then this is what happens happy one minute unsatisfied the last four visits.

Overall experience as a first time diner at the hub we have mixed feelings. Church music IPA was a great beer. The devil’s hamburger very tasty very spicy with the pretzel bun was delicious. The Philly sandwich I feel lacked in substance and value. There is very little filling in the sandwich. We received pita bread with garlic oil as a first time visit to the hub, which is a definite, plus. Overall, I am sure we will revisit and try other menu items.
