We were really impressed with how friendly and attentive the staff at The Hub were—great service all around, and everyone made us feel welcome. Unfortunately, the food didn’t quite match the hospitality. Most of the dishes were just okay, and the kids’ chicken was sadly inedible—overcooked, oversized, and over seasoned, to the point our kids wouldn’t touch it. It’s a bummer because the atmosphere and service were spot-on. Hoping the kitchen can catch up to the great front-of-house experience.

Giving this place 3 stars, and that’s mostly thanks to the manager and the drinks. Service was pretty rough. Our waitress was super slow, and the food came out burnt. Chicken tenders were so overcooked it was hard to believe both the kitchen and the server thought they were OK to serve. My nephew’s burger didn’t show up until we were basically done eating, and that was after we had already sent back two other plates.
To their credit, the manager stepped in, didn’t charge us for the bad plates, and got fresh ones out, so props for making it right.
On the bright side, the bar knows what they’re doing. Drinks were strong, tasty, and made with confidence. Whoever’s mixing back there deserves a raise.
Overall? Mixed experience. Good drinks, but the kitchen and service need some serious tightening up.

Food was delicious, hot, and quick. We tried the potato wedges which were fully loaded potato skins along side the ham and bacon jam sandwich.
Pricing is about average and portions are good.

The Hub on McDowell road is a great place to enjoy a meal, especially after a 9 mile Paddle down the Salt River. When you go do yourself a favor and request Veronica as your server. She is amazing whether you’re in a group of 2 or 22. I loved the Pot Roast sandwich with smashed potatoes and the Cheese Curds are also delicious. It’s a great place with excellent service, good food and we shall return.

Absolutely love the hub. They have the best wings on the planet. If you haven’t had them go just for that. But their menu is fabulous. They’ve never disappointed great service. They have more than one location so definitely check it out!!
