If I could give this place no stars I would. This is our first time here with a group of 10. It was very unwelcoming from our waiter she didn’t check on us ask if we needed anything or even bother to attend to us she had a very rude attitude. If you are a person of color I would not go to this place at all we felt very discriminated . I hope this gets to a manager or someone see this because this is terrible to make your guests feel expecially on their 1st visit. Very sickening to have had this kind of service.

The burger looked amazing when I saw the meal, but I believe the oil was old as I had a bad taste in my mouth for a good few hours after eating.

We have eaten here far too many times to count. I enjoy The Hub and have the understanding that not everything is going to be 5 star perfect. Pam happens to be our bartender almost every time. She's great. Their staff is kind and helpful. They make the atmosphere a place where we enjoy being. When errors are made, they are quick to make it right. The food is typically good and timely. Thank you to the Owner for opening a location here in Mesa. Thank you to the staff for being kind and for your service. I recommend The Hub.Parking: Lots of spots to park.Kid-friendliness: They have a toy chest for kids. Just like the dentist used to!

Been waiting to try the Hub since they reopened. Service and atmosphere was great. Food was good, but my meal was not hot or even lukewarm. Had the Baja Bowl which would have been very good if it been hot. Apparently they need to get some better "heat lamps" to keep the food hot as my partners Lemon Chicken pasta was not hot either.

We had dinner tonight 20 of us in the private dining room. From the time I made the reservation to the end of our meal the experience as outstanding . Food was delicious, service friendly and accommodating, everything was fabulous. Thank you and we can’t wait to come back. Well done ❤️

Came here for the 9ers/Lions game and ordered buffalo wings (crispy), fried zucchini and hummus. These zucchini were the best I have ever had in Phx.! I lived here most of my life and moved away. What a pleasant surprise. Bartender Matthew got every order right and stayed on top of things. Highly recommend!!! 10/10
