The Lawrence location does not care about the citizens of Lawrence. They constantly place their advertising in the middle of side walk where people are commuting. The business needs to be fined. One day someone will seriously get hurt and they will be sued. I have personally thrown their sign off the sidewalk before and they cussed me for it.

My last two visits to The Human Bean have been pretty terrible experiences and I’ve reached out twice trying to speak with someone about it and haven’t heard back, other than from someone that said my message forwarded to the right people. The last visit was so bad I had to throw my drink away. Other than those two visits and the lack of customer support, other experiences have been perfect. We’ll be taking a small break for now from The Human Bean though and won’t be giving a specific location a third chance.

Had a really bad experience here. I ordered and paid through a delivery app, the driver arrived to pick up my order and was told that one of the items was not paid for. Despite showing them the order, and the item being on their own order ticket, the manager refused to give the item to the driver stating the store was not provided full payment and was losing money on the order. There were 3 items on my order, a 24oz iced coffee, a muffin top and an egg, sausage and waffle sandwich. The manager on duty apparently thinks that a coffee and a muffin top is $25, because the sandwich was not paid for? The poor driver was in the middle of a difficult situation and handled it very well. I won't be returning to this location, either in person or via delivery, which is a shame because there are so few alternatives to starbucks these days and the coffee is delicious.

These girls are so sweet every time I go in they are wonderful and patient and make great coffee. They even gave me a rose on mother's Day 🌹
One of my favorite places to get my coffee anytime of the day. The workers there are always so bubbly and kind customer service is great. But what do you expect during a coffee shop they're probably all hyped up on coffee. LOL

I asked for Stevia and I guess opening two packets and adding may be too much of an imposition. I mean they could have at least just handed me the packets to do it myself. When I called, no apology just “okay if you want to just come back in we can add more” I said “more” ? There was any. Still no acknowledgment just “okay if you want to come back in” I spent over $12 for two cups of coffee and this is what I get? I will stick to Starbucks and what I ordered would have been cheaper there anyway.
