A numerous occasion they are short on change and when it comes to nickel or dime and they never offer to give me penny instead they just tell me oh you’re gonna be five cents short sorry also they tend to run out of sandwiches fairly quickly. and then speaking of that specifically They don’t tell the Uber driver that they are out of that sandwich and because of that that is the driver brings me the incorrect sandwich and that error gets blamed on the driver. I have called the store to express my concern about the change and the sandwich issue before though unfortunately it keeps on happening Customer service has dropped dramatically.

Can the baristas not hear that they’re over steaming their milk? When you don’t steam your milk by hand AND it tastes like garbage, it’s really sad…the cute little candy on top can’t save you

This is probably the worst coffee I have ever had. Ordering 2 extra shots of flavor, I'm pretty sure they didn't add any at all. Very disappointed!

the coffee and green tea smoothie are both very yummy :P it even comes with a lil white chocolate (i think) covered coffee bean. Staff were very sweet!

Great service, friendly staff. The coffee didn't have a good flavor and had lots of coffee grounds in it. The muffins are just muffin tops. They taste ok just disappointed after being in Indianapolis where the Human Bean locations served full size muffins (With Stumps) for the same price and they were fresh daily
Moved to Arizona and I’m a big coffee person. Human bean is by far my most favorite coffee shop!! Sophia and London are absolutely amazing and make the greatest coffees not to mention they’re so personable!!

I ordered a watermelon something smoothie and it was an energy drink. Well, that was dropped off . I was not a fan of the energy drink. Not at all what I thought it would be.
