My last two visits to The Human Bean have been pretty terrible experiences and I’ve reached out twice trying to speak with someone about it and haven’t heard back, other than from someone that said my message forwarded to the right people. The last visit was so bad I had to throw my drink away. Other than those two visits and the lack of customer support, other experiences have been perfect. One of my favorite places to get my coffee anytime of the day. The workers there are always so bubbly and kind customer service is great. But what do you expect during a coffee shop they're probably all hyped up on coffee. LOL

Very cheerful service! Chai lattes are very good and service is fast. Like the little malted bean on the top. Also had a day where 100% of proceeds went to Breast cancer. Smoothies are light and refreshing!
