I love the idea and the vibe of bringing the korean culture to my area, the only reason I give this place such a low score is because they charge you a waste fee and you can't take home your leftovers. They give you too much food, that'd bad? I know right! It is when you want to go to a buffet and eat as much as I want for a decent price (all things considered). But as a person who takes her food home to gorge on later it sucks. The people where amazing and informative. I wish I could experiance it more.

Second time here and it was even better today than last time. We had a few soups and pork belly along with seafood soup. Every single thing was delicious. It’s a causal setting, service seemed a little slower than last time, but incredibly friendly staff. I’ll be back again and highly suggest giving it a try!

My nana & I had the rice cake which was AMAZING! We also had to Hawaiian pork belly and the Hawaiian chicken I strongly recommend them.The fried rice was amazing too Robots bring you food which is so fun to watch the restaurant is so cozy come try it!Maria was awesome too!
Fun to watch the robot delivery of food. (robot tray should be wiped clean between deliveries). Follow-up service from actual waitress was slow with an abrupt attitude ( You WANT a dipping sauce for your dumplings?) Is that unussual?? Bulgoggi beef was a little tough. Pricey for lunch. Cut the price and make the side condiments optional. Dumplings were good....they were better after we ASKED for dipping sauce.

I love this place. The servers both times we’ve eaten here have been amazing. Connor is super helpful when it comes to recommendations and how to cook meats the right way on the grill. Maka is super helpful with how to pronounce things on the menu and recommendations as well. The food is SUPER delicious all the time and there’s some robots that deliver your drinks too!

The Robot Waitress were cool, Fried Rice and the Mandoo were good. Water tasted like tap water though. Overall, if you don’t want to travel far to Gen at Tempe, go to this place!

Enjoyed both the service and food. We ordered the galbi bibimbap and the yellow croaker (whole fried fish). The fish was unbelievably crispy and moist— perfectly cooked. The bibimbap had that wonderful signature crunchy crust of rice on the bottom that you’re looking for. And all side dishes including the kimchi hit the spot. On top of great food, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful when we had menu questions. Great place to eat for Korean food in the east valley!

My friend and I ended up eating here by chance when we were visiting some car dealerships nearby. We are glad we picked this place as both the food and service were great. Will visit again if are in the area.
