Amazing brown sugar boba with pudding. The staff was friendly and quick. I never liked boba that much until coming here.

Tldr; the mango sago is to die for, server was a tiny bit rude, no seating, lots of nearby places to hang out, please try the mango sago

I came here with my friend sort of randomly and I am so glad we did, because that was by far the best jelly tea I've ever had. I got the Tiger Mango Sago and my friend got one of their peach jelly teas (I forgot which one). I was a little taken back that they didn't have any seating, but I guess that's pretty normal for boba places. The only thing I really had a problem with was the cashier/server. She was a little short with me and didn't really give off a welcoming air.
But the tea was amazing so I didn't really care. We didn't stick around anyway. There's a lot of places nearby where you can take your tea to hang out. We ended up going to the mall around the corner.

Takeout only; nowhere to sit. So I went somewhere else. There's a good place across the street.

It was really good actually, though the 25% sugar is too sweet and the boba is kinda soft.

I come here to get a drink replaced and the girl is talking to me from the side when she tells me they are out of cheese Mouse but when the drink is done she sets it in the front not side where I been standing the entire time. She sits it in front of a family of 5 where I can't even see my drink and they are talking and breathing over my stuff.I finally noticed mind you I'm on a time crunch. My drink just sitting on counter
( idiot ) This literally raised my blood pressure the Asian girl at nights.Thenwhen I called in day they said it's no supervisor.

This is the worst place I have ever been to, I went there with my sister and we are colored people the employees looked disgusted when we were ordering, they didn’t greet us or smile they were staring at us and they made me uncomfortable. They were 2girls we went there yesterday at 5:30pm. And they charged me twice , I noticed when I got home. I will never go here again, they don’t deserve our money.

I went 06/22 around 5:30am there was two girls working the Asian one we always seem to have a problem always seems to dent any requests. I have asked for extra mochi in my strawberry mochi drink she never wants to do it even though it is an option as I’ve had multiple people do it for me before. Before ordering she will say she will not do what other people have done. We always have a problem with her. She makes the experience miserable every single time I’m assuming no one has been able to get ahold of her manager. I will not be returning as long as she is on shift

Doing the most with the interior!! Really incredible presentation. Cashier send pretty impatient, and with so many different options, was a bit prickly when it came to understanding what I was ordering. Ended up getting regular familiar Thai Tea when I really would have liked to try something new from their incredible selection. Perhaps he was just having a bad day, or he is used to people knowing what "black sugar pearls" are, but assuming makes an Ar SS outta U and ME and his visible discomfort in me looking at the menu and for anything more than a second & seeming assumption that I know whay half these names are self explanatory ultimately led to a much poorer experience. That all being said, the drink was well made, and with he doing all of this himself, I can imagine he may be in the habit of moving quickly when they are busier than they were at this time & legitimately not having time to answer questions or explain anything.Definitely worth coming back- hoping I caught him on an offday & he will relax rather than compound stress.

Vegetarian options: Lots of dairy, beverages, typically asian beverage shop

Kid-friendliness: I don't know if the cashier there when I was there would have much patience for your kids

Wheelchair accessibility: Flat mall area

DONT BUY THE JUMBO BOBA!I was so excited to get this but then I realized halfway thru my drink that actually the big boba they advertise is just coffee jelly yuck! The texture of their boba isn’t as good as other tiger sugar locations I think they need new chefs.

If there was a zero stars I would definitely give zero stars to the customer service. If you don’t want to work there than just leave!!!!! My family and I went to order drinks and first of all The customer service was bad. The cups had fallen and she was going to pour the drinks in the cups. I asked her if she could rinse them out and she said yes. She proceed to rolled her eyes at me. She proceeded to make drinks and didn’t rinse the cups that had fallen. She didn’t tell us when they were ready. They just sat on the counter until we noticed them. The girl in the front really had a nasty attitude.

The girl at the front was very rude and she was very unprofessional I wanted her to remake me and my family’s drinks and she told me she would and proceeded to not do what she said I do not recommend coming here. they need to hire someone else to be in the front because the girl should not be working there.

I have been here before and I will continue to come back. I am not a fan of their drinks but my family really likes them. The inside is clean and inviting. I really like the machine used to close up the drinks, I just think it is cool. During my last 2 visits, I had the black tea with lemon and the oolong tea with lemon. I prefer the black tea myself but that is just the difference in taste from the oolong but I know the later is a healthier tea. It is not to sweet and has the right amount of flavor. I would recommend people come check them out and see what they have to offer.
