I visited around 7:00 PM on December 30. The female cashier and the staff preparing my order were extremely rude. My order was made incorrectly, but instead of apologizing or fixing it, the person making the food became visibly irritated and told me to “just drink it.” When I calmly explained that it was not my order, they continued to show an annoyed attitude and remade it very aggressively, almost throwing the food together. I was polite and simply asked for my correct order, yet I was treated with disrespect throughout the interaction. The lack of basic customer service was unacceptable, and the experience was very unpleasant. I do not plan to return.

Always enjoyed their drinks. Was pleasantly surprised to see a new matcha series out today. For matcha lovers like me, the holiday promo (buy 1, get the 2nd 50% off) is a really nice bonus.

I went here a while ago and was treated very horribly. The cashier lady had an attitude and had locked the door well before closing hours. Only when she saw me and a group of others did she decide to trudge along and let us in. When we were in, she didn't greet us or anything and as I looked over the menu for a few minutes and started ordering a classic milk tea, she said they were all out. Ordered a more fruity tea and thankfully they weren't out. The drinks were great, but overall it was a negative experience. I'm not asking for much, she didn't even have to smile, yet all I felt was an urgency to leave and that my presence as a customer was bothersome.
Months later, I came back and the new girl was much more cheerful. Drinks are still delicious as they were a few months ago and I can gladly say I recommend coming here.

The mango sago was above average. The flavor is good and I liked the mango pearls, but still tasted kind of weak and despite being 100% sweet, it didn't taste like it.
The taro milk tea tasted like sweetened milk, virtually no actual taro flavor. Way too much pudding and jelly or whatever it is that they put in there.
The black sugar boba milk tea was another drink that tasted mostly like sweetened milk with little actual flavor. The cream mousse is pretty bland and doesn't add anything to the drink.
This was my first time ordering here, and since 3 out of 3 were mediocre, it's not worth coming back.

Today’s drinks were delicious and not sugary at all. I’m no expert but since it’s in the name, ingredients are obvious. We got the Thai tea and a Taro pudding brown sugar. 100% Yummy!!! Would definitely come back again.

I’m writing to express my disappointment regarding the service I received at your store today 05/26 around 6 PM. I ordered my usual drink with 25% sugar—something I always get and really enjoy. However, today’s drink was significantly sweeter than usual, tasting more like 75% sugar.
I noticed the sugar level was clearly off, as I’m very familiar with how the drink should taste. I politely asked the staff member to remake it with less sugar, but she insisted that it was made correctly. When she eventually remade the drink, it tasted even sweeter, which felt intentional and dismissive of my request.
I was really disappointed with the experience, especially after driving 30 minutes to get the drink. I hope this feedback helps improve your team’s service and ensures consistency in your drink preparation going forward.

I had an amazing experience at Tiger Sugar! I tried the Strawberry Mochi and the Black Sugar Boba + Pearl Milk with Cream Mousse — both were absolutely delicious.
One thing I really appreciate about Tiger Sugar is that they only use organic milk, which makes everything taste fresher and feel healthier compared to other places. The black sugar flavor was rich but not overly sweet, and the cream mousse added the perfect silky finish.
Highly recommend if you’re looking for a treat that’s both indulgent and made with better ingredients!
I’m so happy they open one in Arizona😋 bought me 3 xl cups for myself, overall still the same taste and familiarity back home in Hawaii. Only thing different is the service. Female cashier with tons of earrings was quite rude. I got super annoyed and had to walk out and wait for my order. Not sure if it’s just a mainland thing but that was annoying. Anyways overall TIGER SUGAR forever my go too next to miss desserts in Arizona 🧋

The service is terrible. Staff were so rude to us throughout the entire time, complaining, rolling eyes, body language telling she doesn’t want to serve us. Agree on some of the comments: the girl should be trained better or just quit.

I don't know this time the tiger boba was not creamy at all..... Also it didn't taste usual.... I live in El paso but whenever I come to Phoenix I go for tiger boba.... This time it's a bad experience because it din meet the taste.... The texture, sugar everything was not right. I hope I get better next time
