Doing the most with the interior!! Really incredible presentation. Cashier send pretty impatient, and with so many different options, was a bit prickly when it came to understanding what I was ordering. Ended up getting regular familiar Thai Tea when I really would have liked to try something new from their incredible selection. Perhaps he was just having a bad day, or he is used to people knowing what "black sugar pearls" are, but assuming makes an Ar SS outta U and ME and his visible discomfort in me looking at the menu and for anything more than a second & seeming assumption that I know whay half these names are self explanatory ultimately led to a much poorer experience. That all being said, the drink was well made, and with he doing all of this himself, I can imagine he may be in the habit of moving quickly when they are busier than they were at this time & legitimately not having time to answer questions or explain anything.Definitely worth coming back- hoping I caught him on an offday & he will relax rather than compound stress.Vegetarian options: Lots of dairy, beverages, typically asian beverage shopKid-friendliness: I don't know if the cashier there when I was there would have much patience for your kidsWheelchair accessibility: Flat mall area

DONT BUY THE JUMBO BOBA!I was so excited to get this but then I realized halfway thru my drink that actually the big boba they advertise is just coffee jelly yuck! The texture of their boba isn’t as good as other tiger sugar locations I think they need new chefs.

If there was a zero stars I would definitely give zero stars to the customer service. If you don’t want to work there than just leave!!!!! My family and I went to order drinks and first of all The customer service was bad. The cups had fallen and she was going to pour the drinks in the cups. I asked her if she could rinse them out and she said yes. She proceed to rolled her eyes at me. She proceeded to make drinks and didn’t rinse the cups that had fallen. She didn’t tell us when they were ready. They just sat on the counter until we noticed them. The girl in the front really had a nasty attitude.

The girl at the front was very rude and she was very unprofessional I wanted her to remake me and my family’s drinks and she told me she would and proceeded to not do what she said I do not recommend coming here. they need to hire someone else to be in the front because the girl should not be working there.

I have been here before and I will continue to come back. I am not a fan of their drinks but my family really likes them. The inside is clean and inviting. I really like the machine used to close up the drinks, I just think it is cool. During my last 2 visits, I had the black tea with lemon and the oolong tea with lemon. I prefer the black tea myself but that is just the difference in taste from the oolong but I know the later is a healthier tea. It is not to sweet and has the right amount of flavor. I would recommend people come check them out and see what they have to offer.

I loved the jumbo boba, they taste like coffee jelly, but different from the coffee jelly normally carried by boba places. Definitely want to visit againDietary restrictions: They use lactaid (lactose free milk)

I'm not coming here again!! There are a ton of boba places in the Asian district and I'm crossing this place off of my list of boba places to buy from. I value customer service the most and one out of the two employees was very rude and not helpful! How can you as a business be competitive with the 10 other boba places neraby when your customer service is so bad??? Baffles me. It was so uncomfortable to receive such bad customer service especially after I paid for basically a $9 drink! A little kindness goes a long way and pays off when patrons want to return for the drinks AND the kind staff!

i should start off by saying that me and my family are darker skin colors, we are navajo. as soon as we walked in we were stared at and gave dirty looks. we were the only non fair skinned people there,we didn’t feel welcomed at all. not only that, the drinks we ordered were not to our liking but they messed up my matcha drink and the lady there had an attitude when i politely asked her to fix it. she was rude and kept giving me nasty looks, after she remade my drink i said thank you and all i got in return was a rude stare. i didn’t see her treat any of the other people there how she treated my family, i do believe that it was racially motivated. horrible customer service? will never go there again.

I like the boba here, it always consistent and good. There’s always a young kid behind the counter - they always kinda look like they don’t wanna be there lol but I guess I understand. Nowhere to sit, so it’s not much of a hang out spot, but it’s always clean and they have a cool light fixture.

I've been to a lot of boba shops around the valley and felt hesitant to check this boba shop based on the recent reviews about poor customer service and the quality of drinks being bad, but I figured why not check the place out for myself. Unfortunately, my experience was negative. Right when I walked in, I said hello and was just given a blank stare by the cashier. I asked what they reccomended since it was my first time there; the cashier, with attitude, told me to just look at the menu. I started feeling uncomfortable, it felt like I was a burden just by being there. I decided on an extra large Matcha Black Sugar Boba Milk With Cream Mousse. This is the first boba shop I've been to that didn't have any chairs or tables, so I stood and waited. When I received my drink, I noticed they gave me a hot cup, which meant I was unable to see how my drink looked. This confused me since the photos I've seen for this place, a plastic cup is used, so you're able to see the boba and how the drink looks. Instead of poking my straw through the top, I peeled off the paper top/lid to see how it looked. It was mainly ice! I drove down the road to QT and poured the drink into an empty QT cup, and there was hardly any liquid/boba, just large ice cubes... for a drink that costed $8.50, I felt robbed. I wouldn't reccomend this place to anyone, there's plenty of other boba shops that not only greet you, but actually make the boba drinks for less and they aren't filled to the brim with ice!
