I’ve been a loyal customer in the past year, always ordered the same drink (assamed hot milk tea) and they always filled the cup everytime i order. But in the past 2 times that i ordered, it was all bubble and the actual milk tea wasn’t even filled to the top, nearly half of the cup was bubble (i also a barista so i do understand that the drink need to be stirred up well) but this is almost half of the cup that filled with bubble. Service was fine, just need to be more attention on making drinks!

What a complete joke. I called ahead and was told it would be fine if I reached by 8:29, one minute before closing. After wasting a 30-minute drive to get there right on time, they flat-out refused to sell me the cake. Absolute nonsense. If they had no intention of serving customers, they should have just said so on the call instead of wasting my time.
Because of their incompetence, I had to drive ANOTHER 40 minutes to a different store. Totally pathetic customer service. Never going back here again — these people clearly don’t care about their customers. Thankfully, Paris Baguette actually knows how to run a business.

Normally I love Tous le Jours and the food is great and I recommend it but my experience here was a bit less than stellar. I ordered a Cloud Cake online but the cake they gave me did not look like the photo at all. It only had 3 small strawberries on top instead of the fruit medley pictured. When I asked if they could add more fruit like in the photo I ordered, they said no, the baker went home. Then I checked the display case and noticed that they had two cakes that were the EXACT same Cloud Cake #1 that I ordered online that DID look like the photo with a fruit medley. I asked them to switch out my cake for the one with more fruit, which they did. It was delicious but I don’t appreciate being skimped on fruit and getting a different looking product.
Short version: cake didn’t look like online photos. Display cakes did. They skimp online order decor. I complained and got the same cake from the display.

My friends brought me a birthday cake from this place and it was unbelievable! Blueberry yogurt cake. So fresh and delicious. I live across town but I’d make a trip to come to this place
BEST coffee ever!! No joke it never disappoints and the pastries are delish. Every drink and food item we’ve tried has been amazing. Wish they would open another location closer to west phx but we make the drive to Mesa because it’s so worth it!

Edited to add: It's too late for me to pick up the original order. I found another cake at 85degC, which had PLENTY of options. Tous Les Jours need to train their service people better. If the associate had bothered to look for my order in the first place (even without a label)_, this whole thing wouldn't have been an issue.
Don’t order cakes online. The system doesn’t work. Customer service is terrible.
