In my opinion this is the best of the Asian style bread shops in the valley! The honey mochi cakes are my favorite but honestly I’ll eat anything here and be happy!

I personally never wrote a review before but today I’ve felt compelled to. I stopped by the bakery earlier today, as I often do, and felt I needed to share what I witnessed. While I was waiting in line, a customer became extremely loud and rude toward the staff because a particular bread was out of stock. It was uncomfortable and honestly made the entire atmosphere feel tense and hostile. What bothered me most is that the workers and both managers handled the situation with so much grace. They were calm, apologetic, and genuinely tried to explain that they were short-staffed and doing their best to keep everything running smoothly. I come here regularly, and the team is always welcoming with warm smiles, friendly service, and consistently great products. Even today, under pressure, they never lost their professionalism. It was disappointing to see someone treat them so poorly when they clearly put in so much effort every day. I just wanted to acknowledge the staff and management for their patience, kindness, and hard work. This bakery remains one of my favorite places, and today only reminded me how much the team deserves appreciation, not hostility. With that being said their shaken espresso is SO MUCH better than Starbucks and their pastries are phenomenal, I’ve been tempted to get a cake here for my birthday coming up I’m sure they’ll also taste great.

i was just there and some lady was yelling about a product that wasn't made due to short staffing. I felt that was a little rude bc this bakery is always great from the drinks and pastries. And the manager and baking manager seemed nice and i just want to thank the staff for always being nice. Also they have the best coffee the Tiramisu is to die for. I would go everyday if I could. Manager Tanaih is always working when I go no matter the day or time I always see her and she is awesome she deserves recognition and I hope she gets it .

I’ve been a loyal customer in the past year, always ordered the same drink (assamed hot milk tea) and they always filled the cup everytime i order. But in the past 2 times that i ordered, it was all bubble and the actual milk tea wasn’t even filled to the top, nearly half of the cup was bubble (i also a barista so i do understand that the drink need to be stirred up well) but this is almost half of the cup that filled with bubble. Service was fine, just need to be more attention on making drinks!

What a complete joke. I called ahead and was told it would be fine if I reached by 8:29, one minute before closing. After wasting a 30-minute drive to get there right on time, they flat-out refused to sell me the cake. Absolute nonsense. If they had no intention of serving customers, they should have just said so on the call instead of wasting my time.
Because of their incompetence, I had to drive ANOTHER 40 minutes to a different store. Totally pathetic customer service. Never going back here again — these people clearly don’t care about their customers. Thankfully, Paris Baguette actually knows how to run a business.
Very awesome bakery plenty of delicious treats to choose from. French Korean inspired baked goods.

Normally I love Tous le Jours and the food is great and I recommend it but my experience here was a bit less than stellar. I ordered a Cloud Cake online but the cake they gave me did not look like the photo at all. It only had 3 small strawberries on top instead of the fruit medley pictured. When I asked if they could add more fruit like in the photo I ordered, they said no, the baker went home. Then I checked the display case and noticed that they had two cakes that were the EXACT same Cloud Cake #1 that I ordered online that DID look like the photo with a fruit medley. I asked them to switch out my cake for the one with more fruit, which they did. It was delicious but I don’t appreciate being skimped on fruit and getting a different looking product.
Short version: cake didn’t look like online photos. Display cakes did. They skimp online order decor. I complained and got the same cake from the display.
