The staff at Tous Les Jours were unfriendly and unprofessional—no greeting, just laughing among themselves. The pastries are basic and not worth the poor service. Won’t be coming back.

Edited to add: It's too late for me to pick up the original order. I found another cake at 85degC, which had PLENTY of options. Tous Les Jours need to train their service people better. If the associate had bothered to look for my order in the first place (even without a label)_, this whole thing wouldn't have been an issue.
Don’t order cakes online. The system doesn’t work. Customer service is terrible.
Go to Paris Baguette or 85degC instead.

Of course the bread was delicious but the only reason i’m leaving a review is because of the overall customer service. I have specific allergies and Vivian was so kind and attentive and answered every question I had about each dessert. She is the only thing that could make this experience sweeter!

I happened to having a macarons craving, and I tried some flavors I pick five to try, earl grey, raspberry, rose, pistachio, red velvet, OMG flavor were to the moon, I'm definitely going back, loved the selection of sweets ready to enjoy.

Love this bakery! It has all of my favorite childhood pastries — such a nostalgic gem. One of my favorites is the pizza bread, but note that it’s not put out until 11am (definitely worth waiting for!). All of their drinks are delicious, and the tiramisu latte is a standout. The cakes are a must — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully made. Highly recommend stopping by!

Bought an amazing delicious Birthday cake last minute; the women in the hijabi was kind and attended me good, but before that I placed my order with a girl who worked there, and she was cold and didn't make you feel welcomed. Overall the cake was super yummy and the women in Hijabi was really kind. A worker who welcomes you can make all the difference.

The cakes and pastries are always amazing but their service has gone downhill. I used to have to call to place my order which was fine because they were always quick, nice, and I could ask questions. Now, you do it online. Which is fine, but I couldnt find even half the cakes that were on the menu on their website so I had to order one that I wasnt too happy about. They also dont take any calls anymore which is disappointing. I have questions about pick up and stuff that I guess I wont get answered before going in. Im also pretty sure I got hung up on. I didnt hear anyone speak but it sounded like they disconnected the call before I heard it ring a few times. Its sad that because of a few inconvenient changes, it makes me wonder if I need to find a new place to get my cakes.
