I've been sitting here behind 2 cars, stuck in the drive thru. I ordered my smoothie 14 minutes ago. This is ridiculous!

Made some online orders, food was great but the time to get the food was like 20+ minutes additional to when it should have been ready I think they give like a 15 minutes wait so it was 15 wait and that's normal + the 20 minutes additional 🥲 I got late to my meeting because of a smoothie

We got in the line for drive through a little before 8 and the lady came on and said they didn’t open until 8 fair so we waited and finally at 8:06 she comes on and we wanted to order 2 PB crunch bowls but after waiting a total of 15 minutes proceeds to tell us they are only doing smoothies at the moment but then I called the one on signal butte and he said they were open and making bowls so we went there and will not be going to the one on baseline anymore. The lady was a little rude and could have let us know that when she said they don’t open until 8. Horrible service.

Ordered and paid online. Arrived and order was short a wrap, a bowl, and a bag of chips. When asked they said they did not have the bowls available and could not refund us. Would not give us the managers contact info to discuss.
The employee also used the cash register with the same gloves used for food prep without changing them.
Very poor experience. Obviously not well managed at all.
I have provided more information as requested, but have still had no response from the owner with regards to repairing my loss. It has been over a week now.

Just went to this location, got there at 9:47pm the website says they are open till 10. All lights were off, and two girls were inside giggling as I went through the drive through. Not sure how early they decided to close today but the website should be updated and the employees should have acknowledged me to let me know when they closed rather than look out the window and laugh. Very unprofessional. I frequent this location often but will drive out to the Signal Butte location from now on. I’ve never had an unpleasant visit at that location and their hours don’t change.

I don't know why I keep giving this location the benefit of the doubt each time it's been a nightmare of an experience. Especially when two combos are $30 now there's the real nightmare, from long wait times, to incorrect orders and very rude employees. I am trying to hunt down a corporate number on their website but it doesn't seem to be listed. Seems that whenever we are there the staff is always "in training" but what I see are some highschool kids laughing and messing around with each other. Luckily the only one that seemed to be taking things seriously was the young girl who made our food. When I was greeted at the drive thru it was with a young woman laughing so hard so couldn't get the opening out or correctly. I had to repeat my order several times for them to understand. After waiting 20+ minutes I was finally met with food before drinks were started. I was handed one drink and then was asked again what the other one was, once those were received it was very clear that they were two different drinks. I was met with attitude the entirety of my visit and the level of unprofessionalism was astounding. I get it's a minimum wage job but it's still work, please act accordingly. I am hoping that this is the nail in the coffin for me to not make the mistake of going to that location ever again because no matter how bad of reviews they continue to receive they continue to repeat the cycle of poor management, poor training and poor hiring. I would like to get in touch with either the corporate member responsible for this location or franchise owner of this location because I'm sure they'd like to know how this location is running itself into the ground.

showed up 20 minutes before closing, the lady working refused to take our order - and by that i mean she ignored us and didn’t even speak to us and just kept cleaning. lol i’m big on customer service and ive worked in the food industry in the past, just bad customer service and a terrible employee. ?
Closing and locking the doors before it says it closes by 15 minutes, and the drive through closed a full hour before its supposed to be? Horrible service.
