Tell me HOW IM SUPPOSED TO ENJOY MY 45 minute patiently waited for THAI SALAD WITHOUt ThE DreSsInG???!??!?!?!?!?!!? disappointed today tropical smoothie

They don't accept cash!!? This is ridiculous!, Cash is King! They seem to be short staffed and overworked, running around like chickens with their heads cut off.

Love the staff..we got at least weekly

For the price we pay I believe the employees should make our drinks right by filling it to the correct line and not half ass it because I use to work at a tropical smoothie and I always made sure there drinks were at the correct line!

First time here. Loved it!! I should probably look at the ingredients for at, though...🫢

The lights were on, OPEN sign was on, 9am on a Friday morning, all the doors locked. Bold business move.

If I could rate this location, zero stars I would. I had placed an order at 6:30pm for an 8 PM pick up, according to Google the location closes at 9.
I show up a couple minutes before eight, all of the front lights are off, except for the open sign, and both entrance doors are locked.
I go to the drive-thru And I do believe that I honked my horn to try and get somebody’s attention, ended up, waiting around the front, going back through the drive-through and that’s when I made eye contact with a storm member. She scurried to the back, at that point I knew that I was not going to get served, but I had already paid for my order.
So of course, I did what anyone would do, go up to the building and knock on the door, rather loudly because at this point, they are hiding in the back.
I never received my order, as they were refusing to serve any customer, not just me.
There were other orders that were being placed, I could see it on the drive-through screen. At one point, I did see somebody grab the orders on the counter, And of course, scurry’s right to the back where they cannot be seen from the any view from windows
Ultimately, a manager ended up coming to Help them close. and escort them out of the building With not a single word said to the customers in the parking lot.. waiting .
I ended up having a “conversation “ in the parking lot with “Ghost” He did express that we would get refunds without asking names for orders or anything got in his car, flipped us off and drove away.
One week later, I contacted the district manager via a phone call to this location and was provided her phone number, and I’ve not heard anything back and I’ve yet to receive a refund.
I sent a follow up message regarding the refund of the order that was placed on 2/23/25 . And still silence. And contacted the email provided. Silence still. 4/17/25 a generic response was provided on this review but no contact has been made on their part.

As of 4/17/25 I’ve reached out to corporate many of times, at least two times that I’ve actually spoken to a representative, They have informed me that there’s nothing that they can do in regards to a refund, but they’re gonna push the district manager of this location to contact me. I have yet to receive any email phone call text message.
On top of that, as of 4/15 My phone call calls to this store directly, are not able to go through, As if my phone number has been blocked.

For me, it is the principle of how a business is ran, and how they follow through to make it right. It shouldn’t matter how much I spent.
They have taken my money and I’ve given them enough time and opportunity chance to make it right.

Five stars! Great food! Friendly service and plenty of space to eat indoors! The restaurant we clean and the menu has something for everyone!

Service is usually slow but smoothies are delicious

Great smoothies! Went here to get some vitamin C while fighting a cold. My new favorite smoothie spot.

Lobby doors were locked at 8:35 pm.

Surprisingly they sell delicious food! Their smoothies are amazing . They sell all kind of wraps , flatbreads and much more that you can get with chicken and they also have all kind of plant based options!! Wow my family was beyond impressed! Customer service was beyond amazing!! Thank you!!

Delicious Smoothie

I placed and order online at 7:30 restaurant says it closes at 9 i pulled up to pick up my order at 7:40 when it said it would be ready and restaurant is already closed? I called multiple times so i can get a refund and no workers that were closing up answered im very upset because i was wanting to try this new place after i placed my order and i was un able to get my order because a worker decided to close early after i had already placed my order! i will be expecting a redund.

This place really needs to update everything. Says they are open when they aren't, I showed up at 8pm and it says drive thru open until 10pm and they were lights off and gone.
