Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Absolutely loved my visit to Tropical Smoothie Café! Ashley was an absolute gem so sweet, patient, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. The menu can feel overwhelming with all those delicious choices, but Ashley took the time to explain everything in detail, point out the best options, and made me feel totally at ease. Her energy was infectious she made the whole experience fun and exciting!
Thanks to her, I discovered a new favorite smoothie, and I left feeling happier than when I walked in. If you go, definitely ask for Ashley. She goes all out to make sure you have the best experience possible. 10/10, can’t wait to come back!

The two girls working yesterday did an excellent job on my order, no flaws and completed in a timely manner. their customer service is extremely professional would recommend this location to anyone who enjoys tropical smoothie or is looking to try it.

The açaí bowls are TINY and hardly had any acai yet cost the same as everywhere else. Don’t recommend

Doesn’t have Açaí bowls at 10am because they are “too difficult to thaw out”????? Wild.

Ordered two wraps with kale apple salad. Too much sauce in wraps (dripping out as I tried to eat) and salad mix was old. Kale was too soft like it was sitting in salad dressing. Gross! Would not recommend eating here. Could not figure out why the restaurant was empty compared to establishments near by but now I know.

I had a great experience! The southwest breakfast chicken wrap was delish! My family also tried the dragonfruit bowl and chia seed Greek yogurt bowl which was very refreshing!

Stopped in to get an açaí bowl and was honestly not impressed. The toppings were good but the base its self just tasted like sorbet. In addition the bowl wasn’t very big and was quite overpriced.

The workers are always rude here and have horrible customer service! Lady said her name was Ashley but who knows if she was actually saying her real name and she was rude to the other customer that was trying to order as well!

Wow talk about BAD AND RUDE attitudes at this location! I have had so many issues here and they NEVER SOLVE ANY problems as of today for several month's! I ended up calling a different location about a girl named Ashley and I didnt catch the other girls name at this location but anyone the one girl sent Ashley over about my issue and she came immediately with an attitude! Unhelpful rude and they looked dirty and just careless! Even when a guy asked hey hows your day to her which was just somw giy ordered she answered quick and snarky good, what did you want?

We went for some late night smoothies and witnessed another customer being super rude to the staff. They handled it so well and tried their best to help him despite his behavior. And our smoothies were delicious!

I took my family out to eat here, and my wife got the jerk chicken flatbread. About halfway through, she bites into the paper from a cheese slice. I brought the sandwich up to the counter and asked the kid at the counter for a refund on the sandwich, sating we did not want another sandwich. They insist on making me another sandwich.
Another young girl comes over, immediately with a bad attitude, and tells me to write down my phone number and name, and they'll figure it out later because "i can't do it."
I said no and that I want to be refunded now. She says she needs to call her manager, and after about 8 minutes, she finally was able to refund my card. I asked for both their names, and they gave me a more bad attitude. Refusing to give me their names.
I was not rude. I did not raise my voice. I did not curse. I did not use names.
Unacceptable service. What a disgrace.

I LOVE their smoothies. But oh my goodness this store is filthy dirty! I come quite often and the dirty areas have never been cleaned. Equipment is dusty, glass partition is nasty and smudgy, there build-up in many areas of the countertops. Pretty disgusting and now I'm questioning if I should continue to get food here :/

The two workers were efficient and were helpful answering my questions. The aciai bowls are good for the price. I love their sandwiches and smoothies!
