My girlfriend walked in with my phone.Because I had a free reward for a smoothie.She asked for the chocolate covered strawberry smoothie.They told her they didn't have part of what they need to make it. When I walked in the two double checklist, the customer that was behind my girlfriend ordered it.And I witnessed her ordering it.So they lied to my girlfriend. This is the second time they lied about being out of ingredients at this location. Same guy behind the counter.

I love Tropical Smoothie Cafe! I highly recommend downloading the app because it helps you customize your smoothie just the way you want it. Plus, if you make an account and enter in your birthday, you may get an offer for a free smoothie on the day of your birthday!
My favorite smoothie is the açai berry burst. I usually substitute the pomegranate for mango, the banana for dragonfruit, and order it with half sugar (no added sugar is an option as well, but I like it to be just a little sweet). Like I said, the app lets you customize your smoothie to your heart's content!
They have food options, too. I like the chipotle chicken club.

The Mango Monsoon and Chicken Bacon Ranch Flatbread were delicious! Place was clean and all the ingredients were super fresh. Took one star away because it was difficult to understand cashier but everyone working there was professional, prompt in service and on top of things. We will be back!

Always clean. Great customer service. Always smells good. The food and smoothies are always delicious. They never try to rush you. Love this location. Wish I could give more stars

The smoothie always comes out great in my experience but the customer service is terrible. Do the employees there speak? No greeting, no asking what can I get you, no reading your total to you, you walk up to the counter and they just stare at you like you’re intruding on something. Gets very annoying being treated like a weirdo for daring to want a smoothie from there

I went in today and got the same smoothie i always get. I don’t always come to this location but it was right near my school. the couple times i have it has been fine. Today when i got my drink it just tasted off. it wasn’t anything different then i usually get. i went back in to politely as for a new drink bc it tasted off. the girl looked at me confused and went to grab two other guys that were working. all three of them were staring at me and i told the i always get the same drink but it just tastes different this time. the guy told me he couldn’t remake it because it would just taste the same since it’s based off the recipe and it probably treated off because it was splenda and not the other stuff they use. i told him i always get the splenda and it just doesn’t taste this way. he told me there was nothing he could do. i then said okay can i get a refund then. they all three shook their head no because their manager wasn’t there. he finally then offered to make me a different drink but saying it might still taste off with the splenda. that whole interaction they made me feel like i was such an inconvenience and as if i was stupid. the new drink of a different flavor tastes fine. tastes a lot like ice and is leaving a weird film on the top of my mouth. i assume there’s yogurt in the drinks? not sure but i definitely won’t come back here.

My smoothie was h great. The service was non existent. No greeting, no eye contact, no smiles, no interactions. I placed my order via the app and still had to wait almost 10 minutes after the confirmed pickup time with only two people in front of me.

I recently visited this smoothie shop with high expectations, hoping for a refreshing and flavorful beverage. Unfortunately, the smoothie I received fell far short of the mark. It was noticeably watered down, with a thin, almost diluted texture that made it difficult to enjoy.

What was most disappointing, however, was the complete lack of flavor. Despite ordering a fruit-based blend, I could hardly detect the taste of any of the advertised ingredients. It was as though the fruit had been stretched far too thin, leaving behind only a vague, indistinct sweetness.

While the staff were courteous and the service prompt, the quality of the smoothie itself was regrettably subpar. I would hesitate to return unless significant improvements are made to both the preparation and ingredient ratios. A smoothie should be rich, vibrant, and satisfying — not bland and watery

rude customer service over the phone when trying to cancel mobile order sent to wrong store. offered no solution or refund. just said there was nothing he could do about it.
