It's good.I paid extra for cream and I watched them squrit it on about a Tablespoon worth on top probably less, I wish they would put some half way in the middle.A few times (I been there alot) we have got ice that didn't have any flavoring after the middle of the cup.

I used to like going here but the last 2 times I ordered I only had flavor on the top the rest of my snow cone was just crushed ice with no flavor. Pretty disappointing.

Amazing! Very close to the real deal in Hawaii! It's so good, I will still fall off the wagon of eating consciously and have to stop in and get a large shave ice with vanilla ice cream on the botton, Lovers Delight and Pineango(or whatevertropicalflavors I want on the other half, they blend later in the whole way you eat Hawaiian Shave Ice...)you can mix and match more that just one. ALWAYS add the cream or sweetened milk....it takes it to the true North Shore experience.Heading there again today hopefully! Will post pictures later.I wish their hours were more consistent with what it shows online. Many times I would swing by while out when they were supposed to be open and no one there. I would not be the only one checking either...You keep going back because it is so good! ❤??*Update: We visited on May 4th and the nicest young woman helped us. Above and beyond with a great personality and genuinely a phenomenal employee.My/our order is pretty complicated and she got it spot-on. My husband and my child (umm...and myself as well?) all ate themselves silly??. I posted photos to the general photo section for Tropical Sno today. Including a picture of my Chow Chow begging for bites of Tropical Sno Shave Ice that I was hand feeding to her.??It was extremely hot that day. While sitting in the parking lot there was a gentleman that wrote up on his bicycle and made a order for two large Hawaiian Shave Ice. And rode off with them on his bicycle with one in each hand! That says a whole lot right there! If you're willing to ride your bike to get two of them and then ride your bike back to wherever you came from to eat them with one in each hand? Well, it's just that good! Well all know how fast they melt!We will be back this week! Delicious as always! ?❤?

Snow cones are amazing syrup is clean and they keep the inside of their little space super clean as well. The girl who works here is super sweet. The line can get long and wait is long so if you are rude and have no patience this place isn't for you. My kids love coming here we will definitely be back :)

This is my number one place to go for Hawaiian ice I prefer the syrups here. My personal favorite is the black cherry. In comparison to other Hawaiian ice snow cone places like Bahama Buck's I actually can't stand the flavor. I highly recommend this nice cute clean location it also has great customer service.
