The place is small and looks a little messy, it was the first time we ate there usually ordered through doordash and the food has always been excellent it is the only Chinese food that I consider the rice can be 40% closer to Chinese rice from Mexicali but it is definitely better than panda or some other chain, this last time we ate at the place and I must say that the rice was very dry and the meat (arroz con puerco) was a bit tough as if it were reheated rice that had been several...

Favorite Chinese joint. I cannot believe how good the food is for how little it costs (lunch specials are under $10). The atmosphere is nothing special, although it *is* clean. The customer service is mostly good, especially the two ladies that work there, who are starting to learn my order and preferences. But the food is consistently fresh, hot, and tasty. At the end of the day, that's all I really care about.

It’s been a long time since I’ve had good Chinese food since being originally from the east coast ever since I’ve moved to Arizona the Chinese food just doesn’t taste the same. However Tsing Tao brought me back to just how much I love Chinese food. It was absolutely delicious and affordable.
