Went in on Saturday at night the crew that was working Saturday night, the guy that was working the cashier was very informative very helpful did everything correctly to make sure my order was correct the guy that was doing the saucing was amazing he actually made everything look amazing and one that hold my corn dogs and she was amazing too she was very helpful. The only things that really piss me off was there was no horchata there is no lemonade slush there was no boba there was no ice and the wait time was very long other than that I had great customer service from all three of them I go in today January 26th 2026 and my food was wrong found out there's not a lot of sauce on my corn dogs the two ladies are working there were very rude, won't return to the establishment. And so they still didn't have horchata or lemonade slushie. And I noticed there's no communication so I will never return them yes I did want to order online and one order in person Saturday was in person and today I want to go pick up my order and it was wrong. They didn't give me my refund they didn't remake it

Honestly the one in Arizona Mills is better. This location doesn’t fully cook their food.

2nd time in this place and had amazing customer service. Due to dietary restrictions, I asked Neiko about the menu so I didn't get anything confused and order wrong. He was able to help me understand the menu better and helped me pick a cheese base with potato and hot Cheetos on the outside. I like trying new places and foods, but sometimes I unfortunately have to miss out on those hidden gems due to certain things I can and cannot eat.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with the Two Hands Corn Dog Mesa location, mainly due to the owner’s unacceptable behavior.

I placed an online order for four corn dogs and three dipping sauces and paid in full. When I got home, I realized that none of the dipping sauces were included. I checked my receipt and confirmed that I was charged for them.

To resolve the issue, I called the phone number listed on the receipt, which I later learned is the Mesa location owner’s phone number. Instead of taking responsibility or even listening, the owner immediately blamed me for not checking the order myself. The conversation was handled in an incredibly rude, dismissive, and disrespectful manner, and the call was abruptly hung up on me.

Mistakes can happen, but what is absolutely unacceptable is an owner who refuses accountability and treats customers with such poor manners and arrogance. This was by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had, and it is shocking to see this kind of behavior coming directly from the owner.

I would strongly caution anyone considering this location. If something goes wrong with your order, do not expect professionalism, courtesy, or even basic respect.

They almost never give you the sauce even though you pay for it, you need to tell them or you don't get it when they should pay attention to the tickets, and that's not the problem, the problem is their attitude when you ask for the missing items. The service is slow, and the food for pickup is never ready on time.

The owner shouldn't be running a business with such a despotic attitude.

Corn dogs are delicious! Too bad they cant find better help. My wife showed up 15 mins after they were supposed to open and instead of being greeted, she was told to leave by the young girl working. Shame.

Service is very slow. There were only a total 4 of us ordering corndogs. Nearly 20 minute wait!

This is my first time ordering with this restaurant. I placed an online order for a mega box. My order was canceled without any explanation. I had to call and ask why my order was canceled. They didn’t even attempt to contact me and tell me why they canceled my order. When I called and asked why, they said it was because they were out of boxes to put the corn dogs in. Seems like that’s something they should have plenty of. And the least they could have done was try to contact me and tell me why they canceled my order. Also, the employee I talked to seemed very frustrated about the situation to the point where I was apologizing to her. Seems like this has been an ongoing issue and management isn’t taking care of it. It was also paid for already and I haven’t received the funds back to my account yet. Funny how they can cancel your order in 5 seconds but takes 2-3 business days to get the money back for it. Not a good first impression at all. Too bad because the corn dogs do look delicious. Management needs to get their organization together.

Don't go to this location! Go to the one in AZ mills.

I usually love these places food, I thought this place would be the same. The corndogs weren't fried long enough and the cheese didn't fully melt and the breading wasn't crispy. Cashier had air pods in and not hearing us when taking our order, we had to repeat ourselves multiple times. This location does not have stubborn sodas like the other one does and they don't have fountain water. The worker put our dogs all in the same box with no writing so we couldnt tell which was which since we both ordered potatoe dogs but with two different fillings. The dogs weren't covered with sauce and Cheetos all over, only on one side. I wanted to share this place with a friend visiting and thought I could go to a location closer to us to save time. It's not worth it, take the time to go to AZ mills.

Went in yesterday and the lady who helped me was extremely rude. Didn’t get a greeting when I approached the counter and not once did she look up at me. During our whole interaction she was eating and taking my order down with food in her mouth. Didn’t get her name but she was a bigger girl with black hair and black acrylic nails. Not to mention while I was waiting for my dog, her and her coworkers were talking crap about previous customers which I find extremely rude to do in front of other customers. Horrible customer service.

Do NOT order kimbap. Actually, save your money and time, and find another place to go for corn dogs, too--this place has really gone downhill. It used to be great and have fantastic food, and there was always a crowd of people in line or waiting to get their tasty food. What I got today was a sad reminder of what this Korean corn dog place was in the past. The corn dogs I got today looked old and tired and stale, almost shriveled; they didn't look like the pictures and they didn't look like the pictures of the corn dogs I used to get from here. And the kimbap didn't look anything like the picture and was not worth it at all. It's better to pay $4 more and get actual, real kimbap from elsewhere, not the microwaved sadness in the plastic tray I received. The corn dogs tasted like they were made without care or pride and cooked for far too long. Even just a few months ago, earlier this year, they were more like they were before. The corn dogs here are awful now, and I'm really sad about that.
