First waitress was very rude, seemed annoyed we were not ready to order but gave less than 5 minutes to look the menu over while we were waiting for another member of our party to arrive. When other member arrived they barely had time to sit before being asked if we were ready to order.

Waitress stuck fingers into cups when they took them for refills. And the meal felt like they were in a rush to get us out.

Food was okay, has been awhile since we last ate here (about 3 years). Soup 1 was good, bit bland. S7 recipe has changed a lot. Appatizer A1 was excellent. 07 tasted great warm, but got cold fast. The side of meatballs is very small. Asked for extra of the veggies, but did not recieve them. The veggies that did arrive were crisp and clean.

Used to eat here a lot until they added the service fee. Figured we would give it a try and was rather disappointed.

Not easy to forget the price. Pho is ok, but this is Dobson. You have serious choices around here.

Where do I begin… This is going to sound dramatic but it is the whole hearted honest truth. This place fills me with joy at just the thought of eating there.

I have been working my way through all of the Bahn mi sandwiches in the Phoenix area and ranking them. This is the screaming obvious winner. Honestly I feel so bad for every other restaurant that I have had to develop an entirely different scale to grade them on. Unphogettable is in its own category. Mic drop, dab, end of story

If I had to choose one meal to eat exclusively for every meal for the rest of my life it would be the pork Bahn mi. It is served with a lovely dipping broth, the bread it toasty and deliciously crunchy in the outside but soft and fluffy on the inside. The veggies are perfectly fresh and crunchy and the butter/ pate spread is perfectly subtle, adding depth without overwhelming pate flavor.

I have also had their spring rolls and pho. Also insanely delicious and the best version of both of those dishes I have had in the valley.

The restaurant is owned by a local family and all of the employees I have experienced are really pleasant.

I ordered Bun Mam which is $19 but small portion and taste is okay. Compared to Saigon Jade’s, this is out of the conversation. Also, they charge service charge of $2.85 which is something that I wouldn’t ever come back.

I had the MOST delicious pho here and all the ingredients and vegetables are so fresh! The spring rolls were out of this world fresh! I am used to getting spring rolls at other Vietnamese restaurants that , although are good, do t taste like they were made fresh to order. These were delicious and I must say the atmosphere and the staff were very friendly!

They do a great job with their authentic cuisine. The 31 with house fried rice and a side of spicy phô broth! ‼️😘🤌🏽 I LOVE IT!

Service and food gone downhill. Do youself a favor and go somewhere else. Party of 4 or more, they charge like 20% or more for tips. Don't say I did not warn you.

Order to go just one app. I was told 15mins. I waited 30mins. When I asked her how much longer she said 20mins. I told I didn’t want to wait any longer and she cancelled my order I asked for a refund young girl at the front was very rude and ignored me when I was trying to talk to her. Will not be going back.

There is accessible parking in front as well as an accessible ramp. Inside, there's a medium amount of tables. The area is clean and nice upbeat music. Service is quick and food came out pretty quick too. Just note they do tack on the tip already on your bill.. The prices are also a bit on the higher end.
Their pho size was just right - didn't leave feeling overly stuffed, but the broth tasted a bit off, and some bit of meat was a bit undercooked. Their sauces on the side on the table seemed a bit sweet for my taste too; I usually like the brown sauce with pho meat, but this one was a bit overly sweet.
What I will say this place gets right is their banh mi- absolutely delicious with fresh veggies inside and quite large for the price. Their banh mi also comes with pho soup on the side. It was a tasty combo!

Nothing remarkable. The egg roll were good. But the noodle salad was sweet. Too much sugar for my taste. Overwhelmed the flavors. Expensive for two noodle salads one order of eggrolls and water. $55 includes tip. Which isn’t a tip when it’s added on.
