They do a great job with their authentic cuisine. The 31 with house fried rice and a side of spicy phô broth! ‼️😘🤌🏽 I LOVE IT!

Service and food gone downhill. Do youself a favor and go somewhere else. Party of 4 or more, they charge like 20% or more for tips. Don't say I did not warn you.

Order to go just one app. I was told 15mins. I waited 30mins. When I asked her how much longer she said 20mins. I told I didn’t want to wait any longer and she cancelled my order I asked for a refund young girl at the front was very rude and ignored me when I was trying to talk to her. Will not be going back.

There is accessible parking in front as well as an accessible ramp. Inside, there's a medium amount of tables. The area is clean and nice upbeat music. Service is quick and food came out pretty quick too. Just note they do tack on the tip already on your bill.. The prices are also a bit on the higher end.
Their pho size was just right - didn't leave feeling overly stuffed, but the broth tasted a bit off, and some bit of meat was a bit undercooked. Their sauces on the side on the table seemed a bit sweet for my taste too; I usually like the brown sauce with pho meat, but this one was a bit overly sweet.
What I will say this place gets right is their banh mi- absolutely delicious with fresh veggies inside and quite large for the price. Their banh mi also comes with pho soup on the side. It was a tasty combo!

They added tip to my bill and service was terrible. What kind of crap is that?

Nothing remarkable. The egg roll were good. But the noodle salad was sweet. Too much sugar for my taste. Overwhelmed the flavors. Expensive for two noodle salads one order of eggrolls and water. $55 includes tip. Which isn’t a tip when it’s added on.

Having been to their other location, I thought this location would also be good, but unfortunately, it is absolutely dreadful. We had a party of 8 including many out-of-town guests and came for the Pho - it's in their name, after all. The restaurant is loud and unappealing, and is almost like a cafeteria. The wait staff are, to put it bluntly, incompetent. Everyone knows that Pho comes with a soup spoon, chopsticks, a napkin, and a plate of veggies. Not here. We got none of that. We were literally just given luke-warm bowls of Pho. We asked repeatedly for the rest. Eventually, we got napkins and chopsticks... By the time we finally got spoons, I had eaten half of my Pho because it was getting even colder. We never got any veggies. Aside from being only luke-warm, the Pho was pretty bland, and certainly not worth the price they are charging. I was actually embarrassed for suggesting we eat here and found myself repeatedly apologizing for the terrible experience. Then, to add insult to injury, they automatically add a 20% tip to the bill for parties of 6 or more. There are way too many better places for Pho than here. I highly recommend you give this place a miss.

The soup was completely forgettable. I was recommended a pho soup by waitress. It was so bland and flavorless. I had so many good and decent pho soups in other restaurants but I thought great name I’ll try it. The wonton appetizer was good but a sad beef soup. Also to as some shrimp there was an $8. Charge

Walked in on Friday at a lunch time to try Pho in Arizona. Was not too crowded and pretty clean. Good customer service. Tried beef broth pho with chicken and beef in addition with dumplings. Soup was excellent, dumplings were good too. 15% service fee is charged to all done in customers, no tip needed. A lot of parking place available in plaza. Right place for pho lovers.

I have been eating here for a year or 2 now. The food is great but the service was bad. Our waiter did not wait on us. Got her attention twice but still did not come over.
