Waited for service for 15 minutes, another family walked in after us and was assisted before us. We are black they are white. Not sure if that was the difference, but seemed like it due to the fact that we did receive a welcome in, so they knew the order guests came in. We did not have menu's just bad service all the way around! We left, another customer stated that they seen the lack of service provided to us.

Waffle House is one of our family's favorite places to eat. The food is always good and the place is always clean.
Of course, we always order a waffle (or two) and hash browns (smothered preferred). We have never had a bad meal or experience at any of the Waffle House restaurants from Georgia and points West.
A consistently friendly experience with good food.

Waffle House (Location Noted by Grits Lovers Everywhere)

I know, I know — a five-star Waffle House? You might think I’m just hitting buttons, but not this time.

I walked in craving some good Southern comfort — grits with soft eggs, cheese, and sausage mixed in. Let’s call it a DeepSoutheastern Omelet... but with grits. It’s something my nanny used to make, and I was on a mission.

When I tried explaining it to the server and cook, the manager rushed over to tell me they couldn’t cook grits on the griddle. (Mind you, I was the only customer in the place.) Luckily, the short-order cook heard me out, grabbed a pan, worked his magic, and nailed it. Absolute home run.

Normally, I’d give Waffle House a solid three across the board, but this crew earned every one of these five stars. They listened, delivered, and reminded me what good service looks like.

To the manager — maybe next time, don’t be so quick to say no. Sometimes “yes” is what makes the meal.

Always bring your jacket inside.
The nostalgic food is always the same, which I love and appreciate the consistency.
Come for the food, stay for the entertainment.

Couldn’t get someone to my table for 20 minutes yet they’re quick to help the next group of people that walked in after me the moment they sat down. The night crew just ruined this location for me.

This isn’t a southern Waffle House… those are the best in my opinion. But it was still worth the 5 hour drive from Las Vegas. Their breakfast is waaaayyy better than cracker barrel. And the portions were generous. Grits were perfect !
I’ll go back !!!
