This place just always feels like some good home cookin'. The food is always good, never any issue. And this particular day, the service was great, and we were greeted with kindness.
If you know what to expect from Waffle House you will never be disappointed. Our first time at "this" location and Aileen (waitress) was fantastic. Quick, friendly service. Thank you! Our favorite are the hash browns!! Thank me later!

Our food was great, hot and fresh however our service was horrible. Server had no communication skills what so ever. The cook greeted us as we walked in. When the server Amelia came to the table to take what we assumed our drink order, she opened up her Lil book and stood there. Not one word came from her mouth. We thanked her, still no reply. She took our order and stood in the corner on her phn. When our food came to the table was the only time she asked if we needed anything else. She dropped the check off and that was it. It was the quality of her service that will keep me from coming back here. Maybe some extra customer service training would be helpful.
Order the Waffle, eggs, sausage, toast and hash browns. The sausage and hash browns were good, the eggs were ok and waffle was tasteless

Waffle House was just like all the other ones that I've been to but since when did they stop serving steaks?? I guess only certain WH's serve it now. On top of that my daughter treated me out to dinner. She didn't leave a tip. Our waitress approached us asking for a tip. That was very unprofessional. I would have left one myself but the way she approached us was awkward and odd... its like she was begging for a tip.
