The machine kept my change and I spoke to the manager who very kindly told me he would give me credit. I have several gallons so I don't need to come every day. Two weeks later I come back and they don't have my name. I speak to the owner and He asks me to speak to his employee. Without knowing that I had the loudspeaker because it was with my phone. And he was super rude! saying I don't know why that woman comes two weeks later.instead of thanking a customer for coming back?? give her the water and let her go. Wow, to be the one owner what a filthy attitude

the employees are very nice, but the water is expensive and the machine often breaks down, and you call the owner because obviously you want your money and he still gets upset?
Love the service. Always friendly and volunteering to help. Water is a little more expensive here but it tastes better than other places so I don’t mind. :)

$.35 a gallon is one of the highest prices in the area and this is all you get at the vending station. The lady next to me put in an additional $.50 to fill her remaining jug because it was also short and it took her money. I had another two 3 gallon jugs to fill but because of that I cut my losses and left I will not be back. This is a rip off.

I have been going here for 5+ years. Great service from owner and the kids that work there. Clean place, they help you to take your water to your car. They have Thirfty ice cream, drinks, snacks and etc. I would recommend for sure ?
